The first samadhi called First Yoga, the teaching of the first essence body. The first samadhi called First Yoga, the teaching of the first essence body. In Sanskrit: Bhramaharasādhanam nāma (梵文天城体:भ्रमहरसाधनं नाम,梵文罗马拟音:bhramaharasādhanam nāma,Literal meaning: The method of practice for eliminating confusion). In Tibetan: The method of practice called Eliminating Confusion. Homage to glorious Hevajra! By the power of pressing the feet on the ground, moving freely in the ocean. Like clouds in a time of fear, the faces emit sounds. The forest of hands, shaken by the wind, moves and throws the mountain peaks. By the dance of Heruka, you eliminate all fears. Each face has three eyes, the four feet create fear, the hands are sixteen, the faces are eight, the practice method of Hevajra will be explained. Here, the mantra practitioner who has power over meditation and recitation, rises early in the morning, and visualizes the seed syllable on the sun in the heart. After washing the face and so on, protect the place, oneself, and the yoga with Oṃ rakṣa rakṣa hūṃ hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ svāhā (藏文:ཨོཾ་རཀྵ་རཀྵ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ rakṣa rakṣa hūṃ hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ svāhā,Literal meaning: Om, protect, protect, Hum, Hum, Hum, Phat, Svaha), and then enter the place of meditation with fragrance and flowers. Sit in the vajra posture on a comfortable seat, recite the mantra completely for the offerings and ablutions, and then invite the Bhagavan and retinue in the sky in front with the rays of light from the mantra in the heart. After looking, make offerings with the eight goddesses, such as the White Mother, who arise from the seed syllable in the heart. Among them, the White Mother holds a rabbit. The Thief Mother is the sun. The Corpse Mother is water. The Flesh-eating Mother is strength. The Fragrant Mother is sandalwood. The Cemetery Mother is honey. The Fierce Mother strikes the cymbals. The Embracing Mother embraces from the neck like a man. Then, in front of the Bhagavan, perform confession of sins and so on like this: I confess each and every sin to the Bhagavan. I rejoice in all the Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, noble ones, and all ordinary beings. I dedicate all merits to the unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment. Until enlightenment, I take refuge in the Buddha, the best of the two-legged beings. I take refuge in the Dharma, the supreme treasure of the Mahayana.

I take refuge in the Sangha, the supreme assembly of Bodhisattvas who do not turn back. Emaho! For the benefit and happiness of all sentient beings, after I have perfectly awakened to unsurpassed, complete, and perfect Buddhahood, I will aspire to the enlightenment of the Buddhas until I reach the ultimate and complete Nirvana. Thus, I myself will rely on the Vajrayana, the path of unsurpassed, complete, and perfect enlightenment. Then, one should meditate on the joy of the form that abides without separation from the bliss of the supreme deities, especially for all sentient beings, and the equanimity of the form that applies the antidote to afflictions. Then, one should examine all phenomena by focusing on them with the mind, for these are the mind itself appearing as an illusion in such and such a form. For example, just as in a dream, there is no object of the mind outside of the mind. Since the object is without substance, the mind also has no subject as substance. Therefore, all phenomena are the body of the mind, and the emptiness of these objects and subjects is called the ultimate truth. Thus, having definitively ascertained this, one should abandon the forms of all phenomena of illusion that are falsely imputed by delusion, and view the nature of these phenomena as non-dual, solely as the characteristic of complete awareness. This is the sacred Bodhicitta, the transcendental wisdom of emptiness, which has been taught as being free from elaboration and free from conceptualization. Then, bless it with its mantra: Om Shunyata Jnana Vajra Svabhava Atmako Ham. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཤཱུ་ནྱ་ཏཱ་ཛྙ་ན་བཛྲ་སྭ་བྷཱ་བ་ཨཱཏྨ་ཀོ྅ཧཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ शून्यताज्ञानवज्रस्वभाव आत्माकोऽहम्, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ śūnyatājñānavajrasvabhāva ātmako'haṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, emptiness wisdom vajra nature, I am). That is the Bhagavan Mother Prajnaparamita, that is the supreme protection. Then, one should meditate on the protection of the nature of pure worldly wisdom, which has the same cause as it, with its forms. In front, one should meditate on the sun arising from Ram (Tibetan: རཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: रं, Sanskrit Romanization: raṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ram). From that sun, Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) arises and transforms into a variegated vajra. One should also meditate on that very vajra, firmly and also the tent firmly bound. The rays of the variegated vajra, like a terrifying fire, are unbearable, and by spreading and filling everywhere with them, on the sides there are four fiercely blazing vajras, above there is a vajra tent, and below
