"Krodha" is wrath. "Śvara" is independence. Great glory Heruka, great compassion, independent wrath. Who is wrathful towards? Wrathful towards those who are malicious. Its meaning is that the Blessed One, the great glory Heruka himself, with the power of great compassion, is very wrathful towards those who are malicious, thus manifesting many faces and arms. "Bhebeda", etc., are not explained. Why? Because it depends on meditation and recitation. "Hūṃ hūṃ", etc., are the mantras of the glory immaculate space and the moon, etc., sixteen pairs of heroes and heroines. Therefore, it is called the wheel mantra. The wheel is the deities of the wheel. The mantra is as mentioned before. The power of the great mantra is inconceivable. The heroes are the sixteen Bodhisattvas. By saying the heroes, the heroines are also included. The supreme essence is the seed of perfect wisdom, the supreme essence is immutable. The mantras of the goddess Skull Mother and Terror Mother, etc., are "A Ā", etc. Hero's limb mother heart mantra, meaning that the limb mother is the goddesses. The rest is easy to understand. Laughing with secret mantras, meaning that for those who do not have vows, it should not be shown, so it is secret. Because it is the essence of saving beings, it is a mantra. "Nada" is the aspect of wisdom, the sound that is free from conceptualization. "Nirma" is the nature of the wheel of manifestation, along with its corresponding center. "Laya" is the palace, the palace of the center of manifestation, the place where the wisdom of the Bhagavan abides. The first "Hum" subdues the wicked with a threatening mudra. The second "Hum" is to subdue them. "Phat" is to destroy and cause them to fall. Om, Bidu, etc., which have not been explained, are as before. The six wisdoms are the wisdoms of the six unions. "Supreme Mantra Power" means the most supreme of all mantras. It is excellent. It is abundant, possessing immeasurable power and strength. Why is that? Because the power of secret mantras comes from all the tantras, etc., and not from anything else. Even from the Supreme Bliss Tantra, it can shake the three realms. It can summon gods, asuras, yakshas, rakshasas, gandharvas, kinnaras, and great belly-crawlers, and it can bind them. As it is said, "All dakinis will come under the control of the practitioner, and they will steal his union." Thus, the power of mantras is explained in all the tantras, etc. These are also particularly supreme. It is the chief of the eight classes. "It is the chief of the eight classes" means that it is the chief of the forty-nine letters of Ali and Kali, that is, the eight beginning with A. Because these are the places where mantras are collected, it is said to be the chief, which also implies the others. "The root class" refers to the letter A. Offering the torma is offering the torma with the mantra associated with the letter A. It is like the second examination. "It is like the second examination" means that it is like the second examination of the Hevajra Tantra, which is "Om Akaro Mukham Sarva Dharmanam Adyanutpannatvat Om Ah Hum Svaha."
