Since this is the fruit of wisdom, the nature is mainly explained. Seeking the fruit of the four empowerments, other fruits are not like that. For example, it is like going to the king's palace, accompanied by attendants. Or, if you have an audience with the king, even without attendants, your wishes can be fulfilled. Because that wisdom is taught in other tantras, it is not clearly explained, such as "Vajrakapala (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思) is secret." and so on, which are hidden in the Vajrakapala Tantra and so on. "For your sake, the meaning of empowerment." This means that the Bodhisattva Lokeshvara should have a nature, and in other tantras it is said that "the wisdom of empowerment is hidden." "For your sake, the meaning of empowerment, is very clear in this tantra." This means that for the Bodhisattva Lokeshvara, the meaning of the empowerment performed by the Bhagavan is clearly explained in the Glorious Wisdom Bindu. "Measuring wisdom" and so on, refers to bad vessels. "The teacher who truly knows the path." This means that it should not be taught to those who do not have the qualifications of a teacher who understands the ultimate path. "With the letter A" and so on, refers to empowerment. Abhiṣeka (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思) is empowerment. This is also because the cause of empowerment has been made, so the wisdom of joy and so on arises from here, which I have not explained.
