If killing sentient beings could liberate them from samsara, then the Buddhas and great powerful Bodhisattvas, if they were to benefit sentient beings solely through the act of killing, such a thing has never been spoken of anywhere, because they have not done so. Therefore, the meaning expressed by the word "liberation" is not killing. Thus, associating with killing and considering this as Dharma is contradictory to all the Buddha's teachings, and therefore cannot be a path to Bodhi. Enough with the elaborate explanations, let's get straight to the point. Therefore, it is said in the tantras: "Life is said to be mind." Meaning, realizing the one's own mind is cutting off life. It means that knowing one's own mind is luminous, and knowing that the minds of all sentient beings and all dharmas are unborn by the sword of wisdom, this is called cutting off life. Lying and other actions are inherently faults, therefore they are contrary to the noble path, but it is not about speaking of false objects. Rather, it is saying that all internal and external dharmas, including the container world and sentient beings, are not made by a creator, but depend on dependent origination, like an illusion, relying on causes and conditions, having a deceptive nature, this is called lying. Regarding this, it is said in the 《Prophecy of Intent》: "Internal and external, thus two dependent origination, that is the one who delights in lying, the yogi who dwells nowhere." Saying this is lying. Meditating on transforming all the realms of sentient beings into the nature of body, speech, and mind vajra, thereby seizing and illuminating the mind of all sentient beings and the objects of conceptual thought arising from the mind, this is called stealing. Regarding this, it is said in the 《Prophecy of Intent》: "The wisdom of the perfect Buddha, that is what should be known accordingly, what is the state of seizing that? Attachment to the wealth of others." Meditating on equally uniting all the consorts equal to the number of dust particles in all the worlds with oneself, this is called constantly delighting in desire. The most supreme woman is the Bhagavan Mother Prajnaparamita, she is the mother of all Tathagatas, and another name for her is "Mahamudra."

It is because of considering becoming one with those that it is said to enjoy other women. Whoever is truly one with that itself, Constantly united with that suchness, Sentient beings delight in that desire, Will become the supreme of practitioners. Thus it is said. Therefore, in this tantra itself, it is also said to liberate the world, This is also expressed in false words. Not giving and taking the consort's semen, Other women are one's own goddesses. Thus it is said, these words such as killing, etc., are spoken with intention, so they are not literal meanings. The rest is not written because it is easy to understand. All heroes should be eaten, This means eating everything equally, clean, dirty, good, and bad. The five colors should be used equally, This refers to the royal caste, Brahmin caste, Jewish caste, low caste, and Domba caste. Five elixirs and molasses wine, Among them, the five elixirs are the five substances. Molasses is blood. The poison of wine is the dirt of the senses such as the eyes. Nimba is saliva. Soup is urine. Sour is flower. Sweet is urine. Astringent is meat. Bitter is blood. Hot is fat. Salty is marrow. Bone is oil. Fragrance is toenail. Water is semen. Blood is matter. Those should be eaten without discrimination. The meaning of this sentence. Wearing clothes of various mountains, This refers to the clothes made of corpses, covering the lower genitals with various colors. The adornment of the earth, Refers to smearing the body with great ashes. The flower born from the abode of the hungry ghosts, refers to throwing away the garland of flowers tied to the corpse, and then tying that on the head is a euphemism. The rest is not written because it is easy to understand. Kalika is the five Buddhas, Saying this and so on, That itself is the ultimate joy, The rest should be understood as appropriate. The explanation of the third chapter is completed. Third, the explanation of the four beginnings of all tantras and the chapter on secret language.
