Those endowed with earth, the equipoise of song and dance is not conduct. Therefore, the sound of cymbals is taken up, which is conduct like singing. The wisdom of meditating on the khatvanga is like dancing. By vajra conduct, this is like equipoise. These recitations and meditations are the nature of greatness, the conduct of equipoise endowed with blessed meditation. One verse of greed and delusion, etc., is a difference of thought, easy to understand. In general, is it not possible to attain Buddhahood without conduct? It is not impossible, but only by engaging in conduct. For example, some people are afraid of frogs, and even if they say, "Why are you afraid of it? It has no power to harm, no attracting mouth, and no cutting teeth, so you should not be afraid," they are still full of doubts, because it engages in touching and harming actions. Therefore, by understanding the previous meaning, one obtains fearlessness. Similarly, by observing attachment to things, one can realize no-self-nature. Even if one meditates in this way through meditation, attachment to things still arises. Therefore, one must engage in conduct, that is, clean and unclean, beautiful and ugly, anger and non-anger, praise and slander, etc., because attachment to things arises, one must engage in the conduct of equal taste. Also, must these three conducts be done in order? Or not necessary? For some, it can be done in order, and for some, it can be done transcendentally, that is, conduct, conduct as the path. Integrate the path of conduct, the self-display of the root consciousness, into the Great Seal, and then, among the three signs, one can act on the middle sign, or one can act on the last sign. In the explained tantra, four conducts are distinguished, namely, the conduct of the regent, the conduct of the rational ascetic, the conduct of overcoming all directions, and the conduct of the Avadhuti. These and those should be appropriately summarized, and their meanings should be understood mutually. Now, in order to show the conduct of the mad ascetic, three verses are spoken, this is to show other aspects. In the later chapter, it is shown how to obtain food and eat it, etc. After giving the gift of the body,

Not considering body and life! Afterwards, practice correctly. This means possessing such qualities. What is the giving of the body like? To explain that, starting from distinguishing those with and without fortune. It means distinguishing whether it is an object of giving or not, and then giving or not giving. Therefore, giving should not be given. This means that after examining and distinguishing in that way, one should not give. If the practice is the Samadhi Caryapa with song and dance, then how should it be done here? Here, the Great Seal is the self-manifesting oral instruction, and the song, dance, and Samadhi are completely fulfilled. That is also indicated by two verses about food and so on. It should be understood from the mouth of the excellent Guru. Now, it is the method of generally understanding the way to enter practice. Which disciple has attained accomplishment? This means which disciple has attained accomplishment. And also that! It is the appearance of true wisdom! This means that itself is accomplishment! Or also that! In order to abandon the cause of uninterrupted hell. This means that because that merit is unwavering, that is, what arises from the Guru is the most important. Then what should be done? Like the accomplished ones above, they also prostrate to the Guru. Now, in order to explain the nature of practice, vows and precepts, two verses are spoken. That is also indicated in reverse order and abides in explanation. That is also the two lines of the foot and the vows and precepts are completely liberated, this means the way of acting of the vows. Precepts start from the way of guarding. The one with yoga practices. This means not doing and doing, both have the same meaning, because they have the meaning of equality. The explanation of those is: Learning and rituals are completely liberated. And so on, abandoning killing and changing the three robes and the four baths, etc., not doing precepts, and also fire offerings, that is, mandala and meditation and mantras and mudras and activities, etc., all actions are also not done, because all of those are the same taste, so both are the same. Now, in order to generally indicate the form of practice, it is indicated by one verse starting with surely first, etc. It is easy to understand. That is also the Guru to the disciple.

According to the Hari tradition, it is explained as the form or essence of the great conduct of a madman. Now, in order to generally show the reason for the conduct. For the sake of all sentient beings, always compassion, that is, for the sake of others. It should be drunk. "Yogis like to drink" means for one's own sake. Moreover, the word Sambala (སཾ་བ་ལ།,梵文天城体:सम्बल,梵文罗马拟音:saṃbala,Literal meaning: provisions) means true provisions. Sam (སཾ།,梵文天城体:सम्,梵文罗马拟音:sam,Literal meaning: together) means equal or true. Bala (བ་ལ།,梵文天城体:बल,梵文罗马拟音:bala,Literal meaning: strength) means strength, that is, happiness. "Yogis drink and are not intoxicated by others" means that it is the provision of innate joy, so there is no satisfaction. For both of the following two conducts, the explanation of the objects mentioned above, the general operation, applies to both. The chapter on conduct, that is, the sixth chapter.
