Moreover, it is said: Wise ones should first meditate on the generation stage, but not always necessarily recite mantras and mudras, and all pure ornaments and armor. Afterwards, one should clearly visualize, and constantly, with a single mind that is uninterrupted even for a moment, continuously contemplate the meditation of the completion stage, which is great bliss, the coemergent (bliss) that destroys samsara. Thus it is said. Therefore, merely through practicing the completion stage, all the accomplishments of the most excellent yogis will be swiftly perfected. This should be understood. Some explain that the generation stage and the completion stage should be without distinction. They say that this is because it is said (in the scriptures), "Where is bliss without a body?" and so on. In order to explain the four distinctions of coemergent (bliss), it is said "Universal joy," etc., in order to dispel the ordinary mind's conceptualizations. The Bhagavan Vajrasattva, who truly arises from the samadhi of the five wisdoms, is Universal Joy. Because of the union with the yogini called "Supreme Joy Yogini," Supreme Joy arises, therefore, it is also called that. "The joy of desire is completely exhausted," refers to all the Tathagatas without exception entering first, arising from the form of the melted bodhicitta, becoming all the mandala deities, this is completely pure. "By the means of that bliss, know everything," refers to knowing all that bliss by the means of wisdom and prajna. That is the great Vajradhara, the Lord of the Vajra, who has become the fruit, and because it is the nature of constant enlightenment, therefore that is also coemergent joy. Supreme Joy samsara, etc., Supreme Joy is the nature of desire, samsara arises from Supreme Joy. Thus, by fully creating deeds of liking and disliking that are in accordance with desire, it will transform into the samsara of happy and unhappy realms. Nirvana is completely pure, the characteristic of complete purity is being free from desire, the wisdom of all senses increasing. For the samsara of the nature of desire, it will transform into being free from desire.

Thus, the desire realm, the form realm, and the formless realms, if free from desire, actions cannot be manifestly abandoned. Thus, not thinking of actions and afflictions, merely the reversal of the aggregates, etc., is called nirvana. The center is only all-joy. Being called all-joy is also only attachment for the sake of happiness. Those born together, abandon these. Being called abandonment is abandoning all-joy, supreme joy, pervasive joy, etc., which is separation. Although it is so, to show the nature of being born together, it is said: Not taught by others, born together. And so on, meaning that the guru, etc., cannot show the thusness of being born together, because it is not the object of all verbal distinctions. If so, how should it be known? It is said: In merit, it is called self. And so on, meaning that in one's own merit, the guru lineage is closely indicated, and in this, one should know the reversed oral instructions of mantra practice, meaning that one should experience it oneself. Also, in merit, it is called self. Being called this is said in one's own well-done continuum, which is obtaining the mudra. In this, closely relying on the guru lineage means that from the guru's oral instructions, etc., by familiarizing oneself with it, one closely obtains the root, finger, and tongue of what is called sinful action, slightly moving, and as the ritual is, one's own vajra manifestly turns towards, and for those with great merit, great bliss will definitely arise, that is the meaning of it. Why is it that all beings arise from me? Being called this is not a different cause, or no cause, or pervaded by another, or different in nature, or without nature, etc., this is very clearly indicated here. Thus, and so on, meaning that after fully knowing the spoken completion stage as it is, one should familiarize oneself with it, meaning that by practicing and conforming, one should relax the mind and body. That is the meaning of it. The very tranquil one means one who has sharp faculties. The accomplished one means that as it is said, in this life one can fully accomplish the nature of happiness. How is it? It is said that those with little merit.

Also with, meaning, also because of small merit power. If asked what was done, the answer is: it is because of meditating on the suchness of all dharmas, which is self-awareness, at all times and places. Thus, it will also be clearly shown by "past happiness" and so on. In "stable" etc., meditate on the nature of great bliss, which is inseparable from one's own continuum, whatever is the stable and moving dharma. It is also said about this: "Accompanied by one's own form", that is, thinking of oneself as the nature of the bliss of the deity. If so, then the roots etc. themselves will not become the self-awareness of the nature of supreme great bliss, because they are form with no mind. Therefore it is said: "They are neither one nor different", this is easy to understand. From self-awareness comes accomplishment, in these etc., if from self-awareness, that is, practicing the completion stage, that itself is the accomplishment as it is said, then at that time, why should one show the nature of "neither extremely long nor short, neither extremely black nor white" etc.? Truly, anyone with inferior faculties, whose afflictions such as desire turn into happiness, for those who cannot practice the great seal that possesses all excellence, then it shows the action mudra of how to obtain clear vows and precepts as said in the tantra,
