are for those. What arises from combination refers to blended incense and the like. What arises from complete transformation refers to ripening fruits and the like. Taste is what can be perceived and tasted by the function of the tongue, and there are six of them. Namely: bitter, sour, spicy, astringent, salty, and sweet. Touch is what can be perceived by the function of the body. It is also of many kinds, such as: soft, rough, heavy, light, loose, cold, hot, hunger, thirst, and so on. The form of the dharma-sphere that can be perceived by the mind is of five kinds: that which is transformed from aggregation, that which is manifestly possible, that which arises from being properly taken, that which is universally speculated, and that which is empowered. That which is transformed from aggregation is the form of subtle particles. That which is manifestly possible is that which is fully utilized by itself or another. That which arises from being properly taken is non-manifest form. That which is universally speculated is the object that arises from terminology. That which is empowered is the object of contemplation for meditators on liberation. Because they have power over these consciousnesses, there are six functions. These are those endowed with ignorance, hatred, pride, desire, stinginess Vajra Mother (Tibetan: སེར་སྣ་རྡོ་རྗེ་མ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: kṛpaṇa vajramā, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: krpana vajramā, Chinese literal meaning: Stingy Vajra Mother) and the yoga of the Selfless Mother. Namely, eye, ear, nose, tongue, body, and mind. Among these, because the eye consciousness truly exists, form is clear, and this is the function of the eye. Because the ear consciousness truly exists, sound is clear, and this is the function of the ear. etc. need to be observed. Objects are said to be six, such as form and sound. Subjects are the functions, and are as many as these. Because these objects and subjects distinguish the occasion of arising and cause it to increase, they are called sources of arising, and there are twelve. The nature of the five kinds of entities has been briefly explained. The aggregates of grasping are also five, namely the aggregate of form, the aggregate of feeling, the aggregate of perception, the aggregate of formation, and the aggregate of consciousness. Among these, form is defined as having form. That which has form is of two kinds: tangible form and visible

That. Among them, whatever is touched by the senses, such as hands, feet, sticks, etc., and exists as forms like softness and hardness, is the form perceived by touch. Whatever is manifestly directed to one side, like "this" and "that," and exists as forms like blue and yellow, is the form that can be pointed out. Feeling is the characteristic of experiencing, which is the ripened fruit conforming to virtue, non-virtue, and both virtue and non-virtue, experiencing happiness, suffering, and neither happiness nor suffering. Therefore, feeling is of three kinds: happiness, suffering, and neither happiness nor suffering. Perception is perception, the characteristic of knowing, and what needs to be perceived is of four kinds: seeing, hearing, speaking, and knowing. The four are: perception of seeing, perception of hearing, perception of speaking, and perception of knowing. Among them, seeing is what is seen by the eye. Hearing is what is understood by the ear. Speaking is what is used by oneself. Knowing is what is individually experienced. Formation is the characteristic of manifest formation. In virtue and non-virtue, and also in states of happiness and suffering, the mind also fully engages. Consciousness is the characteristic of distinguishing, that is, distinguishing forms, sounds, smells, tastes, tactile objects, and dharmas. Whatever form it may be, all happiness should not be other, or because it does not change accordingly, in all states, it should be understood as holding the four great elements, which are earth, water, fire, and wind. The faculties are six. The objects are also six. The consciousnesses of the faculties are also six. These three sets of six, through the combination of mutual holding, form the eighteen realms, which are proclaimed for the sake of yoginis to understand. Alas, the humble secret, is this the mind of all beings? Yoginis will not understand, who will understand? If asked, it is for the sake of understanding.
