Third, the chapter on the beginning of all tantras. Third, the chapter on the beginning of all tantras. Having established the accomplishment, the practice method of the yoginis. It is said, "The beginning of all tantras," and so on. All tantras refer to the Compendium and others. The beginning is, For those or the determination of those, this is famous, called the beginning of all tantras. The method is that by which accomplishment is attained closely. The classification of the methods called the beginning of that itself is: "Vows and empowerments, and also." And so on. Among them, through the distinction of wisdom and method, vows are of two kinds: the vows of the Buddha and the vows of the yogini. Among them, first, the vows of the Buddha: "In the vows of all Buddhas." And so on. The so-called "E-vam form" is where great bliss intensely abides, that is, the vow. The so-called "intensely abides" is the place of manifestation, that is, truly born. "The vows of the dakinis, the form of E-vam is: Whatever is the good part of E." And so on. The so-called "part of E" refers to the shape, the wisdom of the triangular conventional form. The so-called "whatever" is not specified. "Good" refers to the fact that here the Bhagavan enjoys great bliss. "In the center, adorned with Vam." The center refers to the stamen. The so-called "with Vam" refers to becoming the means. The so-called "adorned" refers to being adorned. The so-called "place of all bliss," the place is the basis. All refers to the five samayas. Bliss is the sixth, it is all the bliss of those. The so-called "Buddha" refers to Vairochana and others. Jewel is the Buddha Jewel because it is most excellent in its particularity. The Zamantog of those is the place of the assembly of Buddha Jewels. Again it is said: "E is the expression of wisdom, Vam is becoming the means, that which is adorned by Vam, E will surely be pleasing." And so on. If one fully understands and does not fully understand the vows of the dakinis,

If asked, what does this wisdom do? Answer: It will arise from joy. Etc. Joy is a special form of delight, various special states such as opening the eyes, such as kissing, embracing, etc., there are four moments. It is said in other tantras: "Through kissing, embracing, etc., with various joys, various (things), the union of the lingam and lotus, is the supreme wisdom of maturation. The mudra is kneaded, completely kneaded, through the signless to determine the symbol." Those joys that are close to symbolizing, the joys combined with moments, through completely understanding joy, the empowerment corresponding to the cause of the fortunate is proclaimed. Such as 'Teacher Secret Wisdom' etc. Although the number is not mentioned here, it is also said: "Through the number of empowerments, the number of joys, joy etc. should be known in order." etc. Through joy etc., those are joy etc. If there is doubt about how the number of joys etc. is four through the number of empowerments? Answer: Such as ecstasy, purity, etc., because it is said to be good at collecting, empowerment is not mentioned here. The cause of the arising of wisdom that is said immediately after is: "Through the method of the mandala wheel." etc. Through the method of the mandala wheel, constantly, meaning continuously. If there is doubt that one has already obtained bliss, but still does not understand it, answer: "What is the mandala wheel?" etc. Then, the Bhagavan taught: "The center is the essence." etc. The essence is bodhicitta. It also has two forms: ultimate truth and conventional truth. That itself is the center, the doer, the receiver. "Receiving" means that because with the nature of the five amritas, the five Buddhas are made. The assembled mandala means the equal union of all Buddhas, there or towards there. The collection of wheels is the space element. It means that because the element of all Buddhas is equal, there is no difference in elements. The object is form and sound etc. The word "etc." includes aggregates, elements and sources.

and the faculties. Subduing them with its own nature is subduing the realms, etc. As for the things to be subdued, let alone that, if there is doubt as to whether even the subduing of the realms, etc., is not understood, then its bliss will be known. Thus, etc., it is said. The "its" therein refers to the realms, etc., to be subdued. "Bliss" refers to subduing. Or it is established in the initial meaning, that is to say, it is the meaning that that bliss will be realized. The vows of yogis, etc., who wish to subdue and understand the ritual of subduing are: You kill living beings, etc. Thus, etc., it is said. The request of the yoginis, etc., who wish to know what is to be subdued is: What are those realms? Thus, etc., it is said. Then, the Blessed One gave the answer: The six realms are: Form, sound, as well as smell and. Thus, etc. Among them, form is the object of the eye faculty, that is, blue, etc., as well as short and long, etc., as well as round and square, etc., as well as thick and thin, etc., as well as shadow and sunlight, as well as light and darkness, etc., twenty-five things should be known as graspable. Sound is the sound to be grasped by the ear faculty, and there are three kinds. That is, pleasant, unpleasant, and neither. There are also five kinds, namely, worldly fame, established action, pervasive calculation, the terms of the noble ones, and the terms of the non-noble ones. Among them, the pleasant ones are the lute, etc. The unpleasant ones are the sounds of crows, etc. Neither is the sound of wood and palms, etc. Worldly fame is encompassed by worldly language. Established action is what the noble ones have taught. Pervasive calculation arises from symbols. The terms of the noble and non-noble should be understood as being dominated by the terms of the visible and invisible. The smell to be grasped by the nose faculty is of three kinds, namely, sour, sweet, and neither. Born together, transformed by mixing, and arising from complete transformation. The smell of being born together is sandalwood, etc.
