When performing one hundred thousand fire offerings, then the practitioner merely gives a torma, and the nagas will cause rain, and this does not require the ritual of a mandala. For the ritual of a mandala, one must first recite it one hundred thousand times and perform one million fire offerings, then the nagas will cause rain, otherwise it is not possible, this is certain in the root tantra. Now, the method of dispelling clouds will be explained.
