Concerning the method of prophecy for the celestial goddess and Avalokiteśvara: First, spread three bre of white barley on a white cloth or clean felt. On top of that, arrange three white offerings and four red offerings. Prepare barley, abundant ears of grain, tsampa, manu glag-sgang, a white lambskin, and the finest chang. Attach two silks, white and red, to the feather of the arrow. Next to the mirror, if there is one girl who has been seen before and is known to oneself, that is sufficient. If not, place three or four, whichever is appropriate. When performing the prophecy, choose a clean place. Bathe oneself and everyone else. Then, cast out the obstacle torma, take refuge, and generate bodhicitta. Meditate and recite the mantra of one's own yidam. Then, offer the first torma to Guru Padmasambhava and the yidam, the second mainly to one's own dharma protector and all dharma protectors in general, the third to the local deity, the fourth to Mahakaruna, the fifth to the Three Jewels, and the sixth to the prophecy goddess. All mantras can be concluded with Ah Karo (藏文：ཨ་ཀཱ་རོ，梵文天城体：अकारो，梵文罗马拟音：akāro，汉语字面意思：Ah). After offering the torma, take refuge. Then, recite this mantra: Om Brum Brum Brum Ting, here Naga appear, Naga show, Avalokiteśvara show, Sindhur Phat (藏文：ཨོཾ་བྲུཾ་བྲུཾ་བྲུཾ་ཏིང་འདིར་ནཱ་ག་ཕོབ་ནཱ་ག་སྟོན། སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་ཀྱིས་སྟོན། སིན་དྷུར་ཕཊ།). From the auspicious peak of the celestial goddess's land, on the base of the white snow three peaks, the great tent of white silk stands tall, the conch shell support pillars stand straight, the silk ropes extend far, and the crystal tent pegs shine brightly.
