Please examine. It is also said that Ārya Vasubandhu (Sanskrit: Vasubandhu, meaning: Kinsman of Heaven) explained the Prajñāpāramitā (Perfection of Wisdom) only in terms of Mind-Only (Cittamatra), but this is actually not true. Because he, along with Ārya Asanga (Sanskrit: Asanga, meaning: Unattached) and other scholars of the Perfect Age, explained it in accordance with the Buddha Bhagavan's own commentary. However, Simhabhadra (Sanskrit: Simhabhadra, meaning: Lion Good) and other scholars of the Threefold Age (the age when the three trainings of morality, concentration, and wisdom were fully practiced) explained many things that contradicted and disagreed with the Buddha's own commentaries. It is said that Ārya Asanga explained the Prajñāpāramitā in terms of Mind-Only in order to correct his younger brother Vasubandhu's views on Madhyamaka (Middle Way). But this seems untrue, because the second omniscient scholar Vasubandhu is established as a great Madhyamaka. The venerable Asanga did not explain the Mother (Prajñāpāramitā) in terms of Mind-Only, but in terms of Madhyamaka. Dignāga (Sanskrit: Dignāga, meaning: Direction Elephant) also did not explain the Mother in terms of Mind-Only, but in terms of the great Madhyamaka. If they say that they explained it in terms of Mind-Only, then ask them to provide pure scriptural and logical evidence, and write it down. In the sutra that definitively explains the intention of the Buddha Bhagavan's teachings, the Bodhisattva Dondam Yangdakpak (Sanskrit: Don-dam yang-dag-'phags, meaning: True and Correct Noble One) asked the Bhagavan: 'Bhagavan, you first turned the wheel of Dharma in the Deer Park at Varanasi (Sanskrit: Varanasi, meaning: Benares), where you thoroughly explained the Four Noble Truths to those who had entered the Hearer Vehicle (Śrāvakayāna), thus turning a wheel of Dharma that was wonderfully marvelous, unprecedented, and never before turned in the world in accordance with the Dharma by any god or human. The wheel of Dharma turned by the Bhagavan is supreme, has its occasion and meaning, is straightforward, and is a place for contentious words. Bhagavan, you started from the non-inherent existence of phenomena, and explained the absence of birth, the absence of cessation, the peace from the beginning, and the nature of complete nirvana, thus turning the second wheel of Dharma, which was most wonderfully marvelous, in the form of emptiness for those who had entered the Great Vehicle (Mahāyāna). The wheel of Dharma turned by the Bhagavan is also supreme, has its occasion and meaning, is straightforward, and is a place for contentious words. Bhagavan, you started from the non-inherent existence of phenomena, and explained the absence of birth and the absence of cessation...' --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Starting from the absence of inherent existence, the very beginning of peace, and the very nature of complete nirvana, for those who have rightly entered all vehicles, in order to perfectly distinguish and possess extremely rare and wonderful qualities, the Third Dharma Wheel was turned. This turning of the Dharma Wheel by the Bhagavan (Blessed One) is unsurpassed, incomparable, and of definitive meaning; it is not a matter of contention. And so on, many excellent points were spoken. However, teachers such as the Dharma friend and others say: 'The intermediate teaching is Madhyamaka (Middle Way), which is provisional meaning; the final teaching is Cittamatra (Mind-Only), which is definitive meaning.' This statement is a complete confusion, because whatever cannot be refuted by reason is provisional meaning, and whatever can be refuted is definitive meaning. To take those who refute the Bhagavan Buddha as a source of trust is even more confused, because there can be no one greater than the Buddha, and because the final wheel was not taught to be Cittamatra. Both the intermediate and final wheels equally teach the absence of inherent existence, unborn, unceasing, primordially peaceful, and naturally completely nirvanic. Moreover, there is no teaching that the Madhyamaka is provisional meaning and the Cittamatra is definitive meaning, so to say that the Buddha taught in that way is a very serious perversion. The noble Avalokiteśvara also said: 'In this world, there is no one more intelligent than the Victorious One (Buddha). Only the fully enlightened one knows everything as it is; others do not know. Therefore, do not disturb the Dharma established by the sage himself. Destroying the Buddha's teachings will also harm the Dharma.' The noble Nāgārjuna also said: 'Regarding this meaning, who else is a more excellent witness than the Victorious One?' And so on, these cause harm. In all the pure sutras and tantras, the emptiness that is taught must be divided into self-emptiness and other-emptiness. If this is not done, and it is said that everything is only self-empty, or that other-emptiness does not establish emptiness, and only self-emptiness establishes emptiness, or that all that is said to be truly existent, permanent, self, pure, and happy is provisional meaning, and all that is said to be non-existent, impermanent, selfless, impure, and suffering is definitive meaning,' and so on, these are all wrong views. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
