心中留下印记！ 祝吉祥！ 十二是之歌。 上师是佛法的引导者。1 出离心是佛法的开端。2 无明是佛法的鞭策。3 皈依是佛法的种子。4 戒律是佛法的身体。5 菩提心是佛法的命脉。6 闻思是佛法的眼睛。7 见地是佛法的内脏。8 禅修是佛法的双足。9 行为是佛法的双手。10 精进是佛法的根本。11 果实是佛法的精髓。12 这十二种是， 如法修持吧， 在普光中证悟吧！ 嘎嘎所！ 十二非之歌。 不具信不应依止上师。1 若有希冀则无出离心。2 若无厌离则无鞭策。3 若无信心则无皈依。4 若有表里则无戒律。5 若有敌友则无菩提心。6 若有贪求则无闻思。7 若有执着则无见地。8 若有目标则无禅修。9 若不及时则无行为。10 若无精进则非修行人。11 若未圆满断证则无果实。12 然而三乘各自的， 十二非之金刚歌， 愿一切过失障碍皆清净， 愿能镇压无染莲花之境！ 希日巴所！ 十八种可以之歌。 若能放下今生之念即可。1 所作皆成佛法之有缘子， 若能于心中生起无常之念即可。2 不拖延懒惰之有缘子， 若能深信三宝而皈依即可。3 一切佛法皆为一体之有缘子， 若能于心中生起菩提心即可。4 乃大乘瑜伽之有缘子， 若能一心专注于空性之义即可。5 乃见地之总纲之有缘子， 若能通达无我之少分即可。6 亦能断除轮回之根之有缘子， 若能如护眼般守护戒律即可。7 乃功德之基础之有缘子， 若能安住于少分禅定即可。8 不为烦恼过患所染之有缘子， 若能不离依止上师即可。9 加持传承心意相传之有缘子， 若能获得少分灌顶即可。10 七世不取利乐之有缘

May imprints be left in the mind! May there be auspiciousness! The Song of Twelve Yeses. The Lama is the guide of Dharma. 1 Renunciation is the head of Dharma. 2 Ignorance is the spur of Dharma. 3 Refuge is the seed of Dharma. 4 Discipline is the body of Dharma. 5 Bodhicitta is the life force of Dharma. 6 Listening and contemplation are the eyes of Dharma. 7 View is the heart of Dharma. 8 Meditation is the feet of Dharma. 9 Action is the hands of Dharma. 10 Diligence is the essence of Dharma. 11 Fruition is the meaning of Dharma. 12 These twelve yeses, Practice them properly, And awaken in the all-encompassing light! Gaga so! The Song of Twelve Noes. Without faith, do not rely on a Lama. 1 If there is hope, there is no renunciation. 2 If there is no sorrow, there is no spur. 3 If there is no trust, there is no refuge. 4 If there is hypocrisy, there is no discipline. 5 If there are enemies and friends, there is no Bodhicitta. 6 If there is desire for greatness, there is no listening and contemplation. 7 If there is attachment, there is no view. 8 If there is a target, there is no meditation. 9 If it is not timely, there is no action. 10 If there is no diligence, there is no Dharma practitioner. 11 If abandonment and realization are not complete, there is no fruition. 12 However, for each of the three vehicles, The Vajra Song of Twelve Noes, May all faults and obscurations be purified, May the ground of the unattached lotus be pressed down! Shribha so! The Song of Eighteen Suffices. If you let go of this life's thoughts, it suffices. 1 Fortunate child who turns everything into Dharma, If the thought of impermanence arises in your mind, it suffices. 2 Fortunate child who does not procrastinate, If you have faith in the Three Jewels and take refuge, it suffices. 3 Fortunate child who knows all Dharmas are one, If you cultivate Bodhicitta in your mind, it suffices. 4 Fortunate child who practices Mahayana Yoga, If you single-mindedly focus on the meaning of emptiness, it suffices. 5 Fortunate child who understands the general principle of the view, If you realize just a bit of selflessness, it suffices. 6 Fortunate child who cuts the root of samsara, If you protect discipline like your own eyes, it suffices. 7 Fortunate child who has the foundation of qualities, If you abide in just a bit of Samadhi, it suffices. 8 Fortunate child who is not stained by the faults of afflictions, If you rely on the Lama without separation, it suffices. 9 Fortunate child who receives the blessing and mind transmission, If you receive just a bit of empowerment, it is more than enough. 10 Fortunate child who does not take benefit from seven lifetimes,
