There are two types: Vajra recitation and Kumbhaka. The method of practice is: First, without actually blocking the flow of the right and left channels, the difference lies only in the posture for Vajra recitation and maintaining the body posture, which can be done as before. That is, inhaling with the sound of Om together with emptiness, and abiding in the central channel of the navel chakra with the sound of Hum. The wind that rises with the sound of Ah enters the Dhuti channel, and then, clearly visualize emptiness, stabilizing the upper and lower winds and mind in the central channel. Experiences of the channels and chakras and their colors, as well as the visions of many realms of the world, will also arise. Actually blocking the flow of the single channel wind, abiding in Kumbhaka, etc., is the same as Vajra recitation. First, half-bind the upper wind, and then together with the lower wind, bind the center of the chakra bound by the single central channel in the Dhuti channel, and focus on it. If discomfort or other problems arise, then begin to hold from there. The sign is that from this, an unmistakable experience of the wind entering the central channel will arise. After that, if the wind does not enter the central channel no matter what, then use the forceful method of Nada practice, which is the expedient for not being able to draw forth the co-emergent signs such as Dhu, etc. Inhale through the nose, visualizing it as the sound of Hum. Press down and pull it above the navel chakra, and then gradually pull it upwards, pulling strongly and for a long time. These are the ten categories of stopping the ten winds. The standard is the direct perception of the mind. The purification division and result are that the two six-groups of the wind element and the aggregate of formation are purified, and one six-group of accomplishing meaning is obtained. Second, the limb of holding has two types: actual and expedient. The meaning of the name of the first is: In Sanskrit, Dhara means holding, causing the wind of life force to enter and abide in the central channel. The time limit is from the appearance of the sign of the life force entering the central channel. The method of practice is to visualize sequentially the four states in the Dhuti channel of the navel, heart, throat, crown, and secret places, and relying on the six bindus of space and wisdom, mixing the very subtle wind-mind and life-downward, like the way earth, water, fire, wind, space, and wisdom dissolve sequentially, striking the key points of the six chakras, thereby also being able to gather the subtle wind-mind. The sign is

Black line and, the sound of the indestructible flame of tummo is even greater, and the measure is like the effort of life. What is purified is one of the six groups of fire elements such as feelings and aggregates. What purifies is the six in which the winds are held in the six chakras. The result is the temporary destruction of demons and obstacles, and ultimately, after the two groups of fire elements and feelings are purified, the one group of Ratnasambhava obtains the result of being free from obscurations. Thirdly, there are two kinds of virtue at the end. First, the branch of mind vajra practice is mindfulness. The meaning of the name is: In Sanskrit, it is called Anusmriti (Sanskrit Devanagari: अनुस्मृति, Sanskrit Romanization: anusmṛti, Chinese literal meaning: mindfulness), which means mindfulness of emptiness and the great seal. The time is: When one has mastery over the channels, winds, and bindus, and the appearance of tummo arises as the body of a deity. The actual method of meditation is: The three types of bindus, inferior, intermediate, and superior, are combined with karma and wisdom, and the corresponding emptiness and great seal, in a gradual manner of easy, slightly condensed, and extremely condensed, and then, through the power of habituation, a special melting bliss is generated. Finally, by combining with the actual great seal of the ten million yoginis, bliss and emptiness are generated to perfection. The signs and measures are the radiance of tummo that fully generates the four joys, and the kundali force reverses. One's own body appears as a mandala of emptiness, and so on. The measure is mainly self-awareness and direct perception. What is purified is the six elements of the water element, such as thoughts. What purifies is the attainment of the bliss of the branch of mindfulness. The result is the temporary ripening of the mind into the actual body of a deity, and the ultimate manifestation of the mandala of one group of water elements, such as infinite light. Secondly, the great branch of wisdom vajra practice is samadhi. The meaning of the name is: In Sanskrit, it is called Samadhi (Sanskrit Devanagari: समाधि, Sanskrit Romanization: samādhi, Chinese literal meaning: samadhi), which is samadhi. The time is when the ability to complete mindfulness is attained. The method of meditation is: In the nature of the melting bliss of the downward and reversing bindus of the previous and subsequent states, the two accumulations of non-leakage, one cultivates non-leakage because of extreme attachment to emptiness. After attainment, the mind of playful behavior, with offerings, is the unchanging bliss of wisdom, and the body, the skillful means, is the wisdom of all perfections. Because the two bodies of Kalachakra father and mother appear as different entities, one knows that there is no duality and that knowledge and the object of knowledge are one.
