Having dissolved the seed syllables of the five families into the heart, and from the heart, the essence of the five wisdoms, the light bindu, arises again. Visualize the outer five elements dissolving into light, merging into the bindu at the tip of the nose, and focus on that. The elements will also transform into pure union.
