对于供养、供品及眷属等，若有特别之处则另作说明。摧毁生老病死之四魔，思维获得对大乐的自在。嗡 阿贝夏 惹杂（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱ་བྷེ་ཥ་རཱ་ཛ，梵文天城体：ओम् आभेषा राज，梵文罗马拟音：Om Abhesha Raja，汉语字面意思：嗡，阿贝夏，国王），萨瓦 杜卡 帕特（藏文：སརྦ་དུཿཁ་ཕཊ，梵文天城体：सर्व दुःखा फट्，梵文罗马拟音：Sarva Duhkha Phat，汉语字面意思：一切，痛苦，摧毁），玛哈 苏卡 辛地 帕拉 吽（藏文：མ་ཧཱ་སུ་ཁ་སིངྡྷི་ཕ་ལ་ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：महा सुखा सिन्धि फल हुं，梵文罗马拟音：Maha Sukha Sindhi Phala Hum，汉语字面意思：大，快乐，成就，果，吽）。念诵三百万遍，十二时辰不确定。特别针对口疮和药物念诵，功德能彻底消除三种痛苦。萨玛雅（藏文：ས་མ་ཡཱ，梵文天城体：समय，梵文罗马拟音：Samaya，汉语字面意思：誓言）。这是持明长寿灌顶者所说。再三恳请，以金刚杵，以戒律精进之力，敲击虚空中的小鼓，当开始发出不悦耳之声时，即使是公正的住持，其善良的心念也无法安住，乃是虚伪之语。昨日所经历的恐惧，吓得胆小鬼失声尖叫。愿从茶嘎口中流出的酥油，平息众生的一切八怖畏，吉祥圆满！善哉！善哉！善哉！萨瓦 曼嘎拉姆（藏文：སརྦ་མངྒ་ལཾ，梵文天城体：सर्व मङ्गलम्，梵文罗马拟音：Sarva Mangalam，汉语字面意思：一切，吉祥）！ 如意莲花护法所作的寂静甘露药修。
