在五手印坛城中，降伏四魔，断绝四生。常行观察之时，成就殊胜长寿。贤劫千佛于灯饰庄严之刹土中，示现生与死之时，成就无生无死之殊胜长寿。此后，若有修持长寿之必要，大国王持国守护，于住之行将灭尽时，持咒具力金刚者，开启长寿坛城之门，成就六千住世之殊胜长寿。天王我亦能为之，见照明之前兆时，持明咒者具足慈悲心，迎请修持金刚长寿。再次，三十二天主于统治中加持长寿，邬金莲花生与天女曼达拉娃，再次开启长寿坛城之门，修持金刚长寿时，无量寿佛亲临，成就住劫之殊胜长寿。如是瑜伽我亦复如是，以智慧世界种种相，开启长寿坛城之门，修持金刚般之长寿，以共同与殊胜二者，执持长寿灌顶大持明。如是长寿修法之前史，因已成术语，故再次补述之。 噫！ 尤其于五浊末世等。 依于夜叉自在王，金刚长寿修法赐予不死之吉祥。

Within the mandala of the five seals, subduing the four maras, severing the four births. When constantly observing, supreme longevity is attained. The thousand Buddhas of the Fortunate Aeon, in the realm adorned with lamps, from the time of showing birth and death, supreme longevity, free from birth and death, is attained. Thereafter, if there is a need to accomplish longevity, the great King Dhritarashtra protects, when the act of abiding is exhausted, the mantra-holder, powerful Vajra, opens the door of the longevity mandala, and the supreme longevity of abiding for six thousand is attained. I, the king of the gods, am also capable, when seeing the foreshadowing of the lamp, the mantra-holder with great compassion, invites and accomplishes the Vajra longevity. Again, the thirty-two lords of the heavens bless longevity in governance, Orgyen Padmasambhava and the goddess Mandarava, again open the door of the longevity mandala, when accomplishing the Vajra longevity, Amitayus himself appears, and the supreme longevity of abiding for an aeon is attained. Likewise, I, the yogi, also, with various aspects of the wisdom world, open the door of the longevity mandala, and accomplish longevity like a vajra, with both the common and supreme, hold the great vidyadhara of longevity empowerment. Thus, this history of the longevity accomplishment, because it has become terminology, is supplemented again. Emaho! Especially in the degenerate age and so on. Depending on the Yaksha Lord, the Vajra longevity practice bestows the glory of immortality.
