啦鬼和邪魔，现在离开吧！供养其他幻化天神的威光，满足后以安乐使识流无漏吧！生生世世永久的宿怨血仇清净，今后不要再在此轮回中作害！平等法界富饶大母法身，无死寂静清凉恒常安乐意义之心，你和病人法性同源兄弟，要知道，说（观察），大悲关怀吧！三界有情没有不做过父母的，互相慈爱救护损害不可思议，以恶报善，以药报毒，被出生所障蔽，你没有看见罢了！这真实之语是诸佛的共同声音，宣说听闻之际，如果仍然粗暴相加，那么在轮回之处，将被此铁链束缚，无间地狱火坑的痛苦将变得温暖！如果对自他都斤斤计较，那么没有比这更卑劣和欺骗自己的了！贤哲之语，不要不听劝告！抓住、束缚、镇压、捆绑，现在全部解脱吧！往昔大威德圆满次第教令轮等，以法印无死手印束缚你后，教令自知，所有违背誓言的，一句也不要违越，萨玛雅！（梵文： समय，samaya，誓言）如果违背了死神忿怒尊的教令，将会腐烂、燃烧，头和心被劈成碎片！烦恼罪过业的因果，以及自己的诅咒，必定会以真实验证！因此，为了利益自己，务必舍弃这痛苦之因！永久的期望是生老病死，度过四河，努力利他是最好的！自心调伏，就没有其他的正法；认识自性，就没有另外的佛；如法而住，那就是僧伽，你也安住于此教法吧！以我和施主为主，遍布虚空的众生，以此供养圆满福德资粮，疾病痊愈，欺骗死亡，弯曲的伸直，死亡的复活，任何时间和方式都吉祥，安乐时节如日月般照耀吧！如是众多回向。此时尽可能多地拿走！ 吽！（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文：हूँ，hūṃ，种子字） 凶猛可怖燃烧的死神，从心中发出夺命之光，从各自的手中，魂、命、寿，蓝色光芒全部收摄融入，怨恨平息寂静的安乐，作为补偿平等无私地布施！

Now, the La demons and evil spirits, leave! By the blazing glory of the offerings to other emanated deities, may the stream of consciousness be satisfied with bliss and become free from outflows! May the karmic debts and blood feuds of lifetimes be purified forever, and may you not cause harm in this cycle of existence in the future! The great mother, the Dharmakāya, rich in the expanse of equality, the deathless, cool, and peaceful mind of ultimate bliss, you and the sick person are siblings of the same nature. Know this, speak (examine), and have great compassion! There is no sentient being in the three realms who has not been a parent. Mutual love, protection from harm, is inconceivable. Repaying good with evil and medicine with poison, you have not seen because you are obscured by birth! This word of truth is the single voice of all the Buddhas. While proclaiming and hearing it, if you still act harshly, then in the realm of samsara, you will be bound by these iron chains, and the suffering of the fire pit of Avīci will become warm! If you are stingy and retaliatory to yourself and others, then there is nothing more base and self-deceiving than that! Do not turn a deaf ear to the words of the righteous! Now release all that has been seized, bound, suppressed, and constrained! In the past, with the glorious great power, the complete stages, and the command wheel, having bound you with the Dharma seal and the deathless hand seal, all the commands are self-evident, and all vows are broken. Do not transgress even a single word, Samaya! If you transgress the command of the great wrathful executioner, you will rot, burn, and your head and heart will be split into pieces! The cause and effect of afflictions, faults, and karma, and the truth that is confirmed by your own curses, is certain to be realized! Therefore, desiring to benefit yourself, you must abandon this cause of suffering! The ultimate aspiration is to cross the four rivers of birth, old age, sickness, and death, and to wholeheartedly take on the benefit of others. If your own mind is tamed, there is no other Dharma. If you recognize your own face, there is no Buddha apart from you. To abide in accordance with the Dharma is the Sangha, and may you also abide in this teaching! With me and the patrons as the main ones, and all beings pervading space, may this offering perfect the accumulation of merit, so that sickness is healed and death is deceived, the crooked is straightened and the dead are resurrected, and may auspiciousness be at all times and in all ways, and may bliss and prosperity shine like the sun and moon! Thus, dedicate many times. At this time, take as much as possible! Hūṃ! From the heart of the fierce and terrifying burning executioner, emanates a light that seizes life, and from each of their hands, the soul, life, and longevity, the blue light is completely gathered and absorbed, and the bliss of pacifying hatred is distributed impartially as compensation!

耶！一切从喜悦之续生起，皆成自生之比丘。无所缘之法界原始基，于如是性中广大。所害能害及对境等，一时获得成佛。嗡 萨瓦 布达 嘎擦 阿！（藏文：ཨོཾ་སརྦ་བུདྡྷ་གཙྪ་ཨཱ，梵文天城体：ॐ सर्व बुद्ध गच्छ आ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ sarva buddha gaccha ā，汉语字面意思：嗡，一切，佛陀，去，啊）如是念诵三遍，亦能消除三种穷尽。若三年不向后看，则莲师我已欺骗。然若有细微之怀疑，特别是誓言破损者，一切修持皆成颠倒。其余一切皆由此救护。此乃莲花生大士为杰泽本拉嘉因疾病所困，故将凶兆、命脉及口诀之义汇集，于甚深精要中赐予，后随之具大信心之持明众中，嘎嘎阿贝所说，愿吉祥！萨瓦 芒嘎拉姆！（藏文：སརྦ་མངྒ་ལཾ，梵文天城体：सर्व मङ्गलम्，梵文罗马拟音：sarva maṅgalam，汉语字面意思：一切，吉祥）

Ye! From whence all the lineage of joy arises, all become self-born monks. The primordial ground of the unconditioned Dharmadhatu, is vast in suchness itself. Harmful objects, harming agents, and actual objects, all at once attain Buddhahood. Om Sarva Buddha Gaccha Ah! (藏文：ཨོཾ་སརྦ་བུདྡྷ་གཙྪ་ཨཱ，梵文天城体：ॐ सर्व बुद्ध गच्छ आ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ sarva buddha gaccha ā，Literal meaning: Om, all, Buddha, go, Ah) By saying this three times, one also meets the three exhaustions. If one does not look back for three years, then Padma, I, have deceived you. However, if there is even a slight doubt, and especially if the samaya is broken, all practices will become inverted. This protects all others. This was given by Padmakara to Gye-tse Pon Lha-gyal, who was afflicted by illness, summarizing the meaning of bad omens, life force, and instructions in the profound essence. Spoken by Gaga Abhe, who has great faith among the Vidyadharas who follow. May it be auspicious! Sarva Mangalam!
