Being burned. Then, being coldly blown by the wind and carried everywhere, staying for five days. Thus, suffering for twenty-five days. Then, the kingdom of complete darkness. Staying for seven days in the darkness without the light of day and night. Then, as a premonition of being born in hell, the body is like black wool being blown by the wind, and the appearance of walking with the head facing downwards. The place is dwelling in fire and water, and the appearance is craving for hot and cold. As a premonition of being born as a hungry ghost, the direction of the head is the same, the body is a yellow cloud, the color of the dead sun. The place is in a reed thicket or an empty wilderness, and the appearance is the arising of desire for food. As a premonition of being born as an animal, the head looks sideways, the body is bloody or black wool being blown by the wind, the place appears to be trapped in a friend's cave, foolish and ignorant. As a premonition of being born as an Asura, the body is like a wheel of opposing fire, the place is misty rain, and the appearance is jealousy and torment. As a premonition of being born as a god, the body is like the age of an eight-year-old child, looking upwards with clothes on. The appearance is, if born in the desire realm, craving for form, if born in the form realm, craving for light, if born in the formless realm, enjoying the experience of emptiness, giving rise to joy and sorrow, and the appearance is dwelling on the top floor of a palace. If born as a human, the body is in human form, head facing upwards, hearing the noise of people gathering, and the appearance is dwelling in the darkness. Knowing that all these places of birth cannot escape the nature of suffering, do not be attached to anything, and go without hesitation on the path as shown! Thus it is said. When combined with Phowa etc., it is a hint. Generate the thought of being a dweller in the Protector Amitabha. Generate the thought of welcoming the assembly of Bodhisattvas. Generate the thought of being a guest in your own consciousness, and go to that supreme pure land! In general, from countless eons, going through countless cycles of birth and death, everything has been meaningless. Now, born in a pure land where the Buddha's teachings exist, with the sacred Dharma as a support, at a time when the noble Sangha is gathered, relying on this death and transference, be happy that you can attain the state of eternal bliss of Buddhahood! Do not fall into despair, but generate courage and confidence! Especially the extremely sinful

The Dharma of forcefully attaining Buddhahood, the means of liberation without meditation, the seeing-liberation wheel, the hearing-liberation transference of consciousness, the wearing-liberation tsa-tsa, the touching-liberation mudra, the tasting-liberation samaya substances, the essence of these five, when the transference of the hook of compassion descends, focus in this way. Or, like an empowerment explanation, without clinging to anything from before, go without doubt on the path as shown. Thus it is said. This was also made by Zo, Gom, Ngor, Gaga. Also, Introduction to the Bardo.
