回转后,与上师的心无别融合,念诵“阿阿阿”,将自心与上师融合。这是所有修持的顶峰,不执着于四时,精进至关重要。没有这个,即使是好的瑜伽士,也会迷失在歧途上。有了这个,光明自生。应莲花玛蒂的请求,念诵恶咒“嘎嘎阿贝索”。对于未能理解空行母的密语声音的人,即使稍微怀疑,也有瑜伽的利益。善哉!善哉!善哉!吉祥!

Turning back, inseparably merge with the Guru's heart. Recite "Ah Ah Ah," and blend your own mind with the Guru. This is the pinnacle of all practices. It is crucial to strive without attachment to the four times. Without this, even a good yogi will stray and wander on the wrong path. With this, luminous clarity is self-born. At the urging of Padma Mati, recite the evil mantra "Gaga Abhyey So." Even if there is slight doubt for those who do not understand the symbolic sounds of the Dakinis, there is benefit from the yoga. Good! Good! Good! Mangalam!
