I take refuge. Having thus taken refuge in the Three Jewels, and having given away one's own possessions, then for the sake of sentient beings, one should make aspirations: May I become a fully enlightened Buddha. Here, it means that for the sake of sentient beings, I make the aspiration to act. Thus, making prostrations, offerings, confessing sins, rejoicing in merit, urging the Thus-Gone Ones, requesting them to remain, and dedicating merit completely, thus one should perform the sevenfold offering. Then, one should remember the three roots, namely, generating the mind of enlightenment, purifying intentions, and completely abandoning self-grasping and grasping at what belongs to self. Then, for the sake of accumulating the collections of merit, wisdom, and discipline, one should contemplate the ten perfections, namely, the perfection of generosity, and likewise, the perfections of ethics, patience, diligence, concentration, wisdom, skillful means, aspiration, strength, and knowledge, one should contemplate them in this way. Then, one should remember the abodes of Brahma, namely, loving-kindness, compassion, joy, and equanimity. Then, one should contemplate the four objects of gathering, namely, generosity, pleasing speech, beneficial conduct, and consistency of meaning. Then, one should meditate on completely abandoning the ten non-virtuous actions, namely, killing, taking what is not given, engaging in sexual misconduct, lying, harsh speech, divisive speech, idle chatter, covetousness, harmful intent, and wrong views. Likewise, one should abandon the five obscurations, namely, regret, drowsiness, sleep, excitement, and doubt. Likewise, one should abandon the afflictions, namely, attachment, hatred, delusion, and pride. Likewise, one should abandon the outflows of desire, the outflows of existence, the outflows of ignorance, and the outflows of views. Then, one should meditate on the four liberations, namely, emptiness, signlessness, wishlessness, and non-fabrication. One should analyze the three realms, which are flowing, non-flowing, and with existence, with these verses: If there is no object, there is no meditation. Meditation is not the nature of meditation itself. Thus, since objects are non-objects, meditation has no object. This means that...

It should be spoken from the aspect of cessation. Now, in order to grasp the subsequent existence indicated by "emptiness" and so on, the characteristics of emptiness are explained. Emptiness is the essence of the nature of things, and all these sentient beings, from that great emptiness which nothing can surpass, there is neither Buddha enlightenment nor altruistic compassion. Similarly, in order to benefit sentient beings and attain Buddhahood, this is a vow without characteristics. Having understood everything in this way, in order to attain Buddhahood, even so, the lord of men, the vajra of body, speech, and mind, is the mandala of immeasurable qualities, the mandala of the senses, which should be practiced by the Bodhisattvas, in order to accomplish worldly results and to truly reveal to all sentient beings, in the mandala of body, speech, and mind, the vajra of body, speech, and mind should be mainly practiced, this is the definite understanding of the Bhagavan. Now, in order to grasp the aggregates that transcend the world and to completely abandon the aggregates of samsara, the samadhi is explained, namely with water and so on. In this human world, those born from the womb, at the time of death, water completely weakens fire. Therefore, by that very samadhi, water completely weakens fire, first here, those who diligently practice discipline do so in the center of the body. Afterwards, because there is no fire, the earth element abandons its solid nature, melts like salt, turns into water, and completely merges into the center of the water. Then, the wind will dry up all the water and become invisible in the sky. In this way, the collection of elements quickly weakens, and then the mind is the end of fire and darkness. Separated from all forms and objects of the realm of space, the alaya consciousness should be established in the universal way in the middle. Then, this mantra should be recited: oṃ śūnyatā jñāna vajra svabhāva ātmako'haṃ (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音, emptiness wisdom vajra nature I am). oṃ animitta jñāna vajra svabhāva ātmako'haṃ (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音, signless wisdom vajra nature I am). oṃ apraṇihita jñāna vajra svabhāva ātmako'haṃ (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音, wishless wisdom vajra nature I am). oṃ anabhisaṃskāra jñāna vajra svabhāva ātmako'haṃ (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音, unconditioned wisdom vajra nature I am). After reciting, one should contemplate the emptiness of the three realms that transcends the nature of minute particles.
