Glorious, delightful Potala, Completely adorned with various realms, Spread with various trees, Various birds emit sounds, Various streams make great noises, Various mountain deer are crowded, Various kinds of flowers, Everywhere filled with fragrance, Possessing various delightful fruits, Six-legged ones make the sound of song, Kinnaras sing sweet songs, Filled with herds of mad elephants, Together with assemblies of vidyadharas and siddhas, Also the gandharvas sing, The Buddhas, free from desire, Other assemblies of Bodhisattvas, The lords of the ten bhumis, The goddesses such as Noble Tara, Thousands of vidya queens, Are always well served. Other assemblies of wrathful kings, Surrounded by Hayagriva and others, Striving to benefit all sentient beings. The Bhagavan is Avalokiteshvara, Abiding, therefore possessing glory, The lotus heart, the seat of the Sage, Possessing great ascetic power, Possessing love and compassion, In the great assembly of gods, Truly abiding, teaching the Dharma. There, Nyerchuk arose, Vajrapani, the mighty one, With utmost compassion, Asked Avalokiteshvara: Thieves, snakes, lions, and fire, Elephants, tigers, and fear of water, Pacifying Sage, for sentient beings, Those drowning in the ocean of samsara, Those bound by the noose of samsara, From the stains of attachment, hatred, and ignorance, By what means will sentient beings be liberated? Tell me that, Great Sage. The Protector of the World spoke thus: Glorious Avalokiteshvara, Vajrapani, listen well, These pleasing words he spoke: Listen, Lord of Secrets, the powerful one, The protector Amitabha, Born from the power of his aspiration, I know the world as mothers, With great compassion, Striving to liberate beings, The sun, auspicious.
