匝列札列，古苏美古苏玛瓦热，伊利米利，则德匝拉玛巴纳亚梭哈。此之仪轨，不需修持亦能成办一切事业。如一日热病，二日热病，三日热病，四日热病，鬼神，空行母，邪魔，尸臭，健忘，瘿瘤，痘疹，尘垢等等，毒，眼疾，瘙痒等等，以泥土赞颂后涂抹。念诵七遍，能净除业障。若孩童被鬼附身，则用麻油。若耳朵作痒，则用芸香和麻油。若鼻子作痒，则敷上青稞面，即可平息。一切痒病，亦可调和后念诵，即可成就。圣观世音自在十一面名之陀罗尼圆满。印度堪布寂天菩提，校对之译师班智达耶谢德翻译、校订并确定。

Tsa le pra tsa le, ku su me ku su ma ba re, i li mi li, tsi ti dzwa la ma pa na ya svaha. The ritual for this, without needing to practice, accomplishes all activities. For one-day fever, two-day fever, three-day fever, four-day fever, spirits, dakinis, demons, corpse odor, forgetfulness, goiter, strings of pox, dust and grime, etc., poison, eye diseases, itching, etc., praise the clay and apply it. Reciting seven times purifies karmic obscurations. If a child is possessed by a spirit, use sesame oil. If the ear itches, use rue and sesame oil. If the nose itches, apply barley flour, and it will be pacified. For all itching diseases, also mix and recite, and it will be accomplished.
