所有逝者都显现。 也获得了对不生之法的忍耐。因此，我对此心髓珍爱有加。既然如此，具有信心的善男子或善女子，应恭敬地念诵此心髓。不要想其他事情，要恒常念诵。早上起来念诵一百零八遍，今生将圆满获得十种功德。这十种功德是什么呢？不会得口舌疾病，会被所有如来摄受。无需操劳，就能获得财富、谷物和珍宝。所有敌人都会被征服和降伏。国王的集会都会认为坦诚直说是应该的。身体不会被毒药所害，不会被矿物毒药所害，不会被瘟疫所害。不会被武器所害。不会遭受水灾而死。不会遭受火灾而死。不会非时而死。此外，还将圆满获得四种功德：临终时会见到如来。不会堕入恶趣。不会因未舍弃恐惧而死亡。从这里死后，还会往生到极乐世界。世尊，我记得，从这里往昔恒河沙十倍劫之前，有一位如来名为曼陀罗香。那时我成为在家人，受持此心髓，倒退了四万劫的轮回。我念诵此心髓，获得了菩萨的解脱，名为诸佛慈悲之入、智慧之精髓。对于那些被束缚所束缚的人，对于那些面临束缚的人，以及对于所有遭受水、火和各种痛苦威胁的众生，我将以我的心髓作为住所，作为救护，作为庇护，作为朋友。对于夜叉和罗刹等怨敌，也以此心髓进行压制。

All the departed become manifest. Also attained patience with the Dharma of non-birth. Therefore, I cherish this essence. Since this is so, a son or daughter of good family who has faith should respectfully recite this essence. Do not think of other things, but always recite it. If you get up in the morning and recite it one hundred and eight times, you will fully obtain ten qualities in this life. What are these ten qualities? One will not have oral diseases, and will be fully embraced by all the Tathagatas. Without having to work hard, one will obtain wealth, grain, and treasures. All enemies will be conquered and subdued. Assemblies of kings will think that it is right to speak frankly. The body will not be harmed by poison, nor by mineral poison, nor by plague. One will not be harmed by weapons. One will not die by drowning. One will not die by burning. One will not die untimely. Furthermore, one will fully obtain four qualities: at the time of death, one will see the Tathagata. One will not be born in the lower realms. One will not die without abandoning fear. After dying from here, one will also be born in the blissful realm of Sukhavati. World-Honored One, I remember that from here, ten times the sands of the Ganges ago, there was a Tathagata named Mandarava Fragrance. At that time, I became a householder, and by holding this essence, I reversed the cycle of forty thousand kalpas. By reciting this essence, I obtained the liberation of a Bodhisattva, called the Essence of Compassionate Entry of All Buddhas, the Essence of Wisdom. To all beings who are bound by bonds, to those who are facing bonds, and to all beings threatened by water, fire, and various sufferings, I will use my essence as a dwelling, as a protector, as a refuge, and as a friend. Even the hostile Yakshas and Rakshasas will be suppressed by this essence.

May I generate the mind of love and the mind of compassion towards all beings, and may I aspire to attain the unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment. Bhagavan, this essence of mine is so miraculous. Even reciting it once will purify the four root downfalls. Even the five inexpiable sins will be completely cleansed. As you have taught, what need is there to mention the importance of diligently practicing it? Since they will cause one to generate roots of virtue in the presence of hundreds of thousands of millions of Buddhas, what need is there to mention reciting and practicing them? All wishes will be completely fulfilled as desired. Whoever fasts on the fourteenth or fifteenth day for my sake, that person will destroy the cycle of forty thousand kalpas. Bhagavan, holding my name is meaningful, it is more excellent than hundreds of thousands of millions of Buddhas. All sentient beings who hold my name will abide in the state of non-retrogression. They will be completely liberated from all diseases. They will be completely liberated from all obscurations and all misdeeds of body, speech, and mind. Whoever applies the practice according to the ritual, those people will obtain the enlightenment of the Buddhas in their hands. The Bhagavan spoke: Son of noble family, it is good, it is good that you have such great compassion for all sentient beings. Son of noble family, by this means, all sentient beings can aspire to attain the unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment. I also hold this essence and rejoice in it. Son of noble family, speak it. Then, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva, the noble Avalokiteśvara, arose from his seat, draped his upper garment over one shoulder, bowed his head to the feet of the Bhagavan, and spoke this essence: Homage to the Three Jewels.
