Again, Manjushri Kumara said this to the Bhikshu named Tshejo: "This Dharma teaching must be made to resonate in the ears of all beings, and must be transmitted from place to place, from city to city, and from village to village." Manjushri Kumara said this to the Bhikshu named Tshejo: "Tshejo, whichever son of a noble family or daughter of a noble family reads this Dharma teaching once, that one will be liberated himself. Whoever reads it twice, that one will be liberated together with his son and wife. Whoever reads it three times, that one will be liberated together with his relatives and retinue. Whoever reads it four times, that one will liberate his entire region. Whoever reads it five times, that one will liberate together with the neighboring king." Again, Manjushri Kumara said this to the Bhikshu named Tshejo: "This Dharma teaching should be quickly transmitted to other places, and there too these qualities will arise. Tshejo, whoever hears this Dharma teaching and does not hold it, does not read it, does not write it down, does not have it written down, does not fully understand it, does not extensively and accurately explain it to others, does not transmit it to other places, does not share it with all sentient beings, does not listen to it, and does not dedicate it to unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment, then he will manifest the same result as those who commit the five heinous crimes, and will be condemned by all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas." Again, Manjushri Kumara said this to the Bhikshu named Tshejo: "Tshejo, whoever does not take this as a standard, then I have not believed in him from the very beginning. Thus, in order to make all sentient beings of Jambudvipa happy, I will go to Mount Sumeru, the king of mountains, and I will strive to arrange it in accordance with what is taught to the gods and Gandharvas."
