Forest practitioners and cave practitioners, as well as extractors of essence and eye medicine, and proclaimers of hidden treasures, as well as mantras of knowledge and Sutra Pitaka, and categories proclaimed in tones, etc., all those who proclaim Dharma and Vinaya will appear. For example, food and, drink and, clothes and, ornaments and, spices and, gold and, silver and, Shalisalama and, pearls and, Indranila and, emeralds and, Kekeru and, crystal and, Musara and, Beryl and, copper and, great copper and, flowers and, fruits and, clothes and, Malacha and, dwellings and, houses and, enjoyments and, grand amusements and great celestial palaces suitable for kings will appear instantly just by thinking of them in the mind. Illusory celestial palaces and emanations of Buddhas and, emanations of Bodhisattvas and, emanations of Vajradhara and gods and, nagas and, asuras and, garudas and, kinnaras and, gandharvas and, celestial palaces of great belly-crawlers and, yakshas and, rakshasas and, celestial palaces of lords of earth spirits, all of those will appear just by imagining them. Excessive rain and no rain and, untimely rain and, cold and, wind and, clouds and, hail and those that prevent water, all of those are shown, armies are shown, battles are shown, or, dwellings and celestial palaces and, splendor are shown, all of those are shown. All of those and so on will be accomplished just by imagining and just by wishing. Gems and, grains and, fruits and, flowers and, celestial palaces will appear. All that is imagined will be obtained. Take musk, mix it with ghee and camphor, and mix it with arka tree milk. Make pills, rub them with yellow cow's milk, and if you put a tika on your forehead, you will be able to walk in the sky. You will have a retinue of ten million kotis of vidyadhara mantra holders. If you put a tika on your heart, you will become invisible and become the lord of yakshas and, rakshasas and, all earth spirits. If you touch the tip of your tongue, you will be able to recite and memorize a thousand verses every day. If you swallow it, you will live for ten thousand years.

It will become alive. If drunk with milk, it will accumulate vast erudition like the ocean. If eaten with the leaves of the Arka tree, it will become the Chakravartin of all Vidyadharas. All the details of rituals, secret mantras, mandalas, and mudras will manifest. If a pill is made at the navel and enters a great river, it will not sink and will be able to cross to the other shore. It will also cross to the other side of the ocean. If a pill is made on the crown of the head and enters the battlefield, it will conquer the four divisions of the army. If eaten with ghee, it will have the strength of a thousand great elephants, and with one hand it can lift an elephant, throw it into the sky, and then catch it again. If this pill is applied to the hand, it can kill a thousand people. If this pill is carved and placed in the abode of the gods, all the gods will be controlled, and they will cause rain to fall in due season, and they will stop hail, wind, clouds, and hailstorms. If this pill is carved and placed at the gate of the king, the king's queen and her retinue, as well as the ministers, nobles, and Brahmin priests who are subject to the king's command, will be controlled. If this pill is carved and placed at the door of the monastery, all the monks will abide in the touch of happiness, and they will always abide in the mind of loving-kindness. If, in the assembly of the noble Sangha, it is carved and placed near the seat of the elder, all the monks will obtain all the food and drink they desire. If it is placed in a begging bowl and then goes for alms to many cities, one will effortlessly obtain various kinds of delicious food. If it is carved and placed in a stupa containing relics, and offerings are made to the stupa, then as long as the pill remains in the stupa, it will be as if great offerings are made to the eight great stupas every day. If, in the place of the noble Avalokiteśvara, it is carved and placed at the feet of the noble Avalokiteśvara, and offerings are made to the noble Avalokiteśvara, and the heart essence of the Amoghapasha is recited one hundred and eight times, then as long as the pill remains, each day will be equivalent to making offerings to the noble Avalokiteśvara.
