He will have a radiant body and be pleasing to the mind. He will be beloved in the hearts of many people and will be able to conceal his power. All his affairs will be accomplished. Even when his affairs are accomplished, he will not be robbed by thieves, burned by fire, washed away by water, or forcibly taken by the power of a king. The boundaries of his activities will expand, and there will be no hail. There will be no danger of water, and there will be no danger of wind and rain. Having recited the essence of the meaningful rope ashes or water seven times, if you bind the fields in all directions, above and below, then all harm will be pacified. He will not be deprived of glory and radiance, and he will be beloved in the hearts of all beings and pleasing to the mind. He will not have the fear of enemies. Even if he has the fear of enemies, it will quickly be pacified. He will not have the fear of non-humans, the fear of curses, or the fear of dakinis. He will not have afflictions and strong near-afflictions. He will not be killed by fire, weapons, or poison. Moreover, the gods will always dwell with him constantly to protect, save, and conceal him. Wherever he is born, he will not be separated from loving-kindness, compassion, joy, and equanimity. He will obtain these twenty-one benefits. Furthermore, he will obtain eight qualities. What are the eight? At the time of death, the noble Avalokiteśvara will manifest himself in the form of a monk. He will die peacefully. His view will not be confused. He will not twitch his hands and feet, he will not be incontinent, and he will die on a bed. His mindfulness will be very close. He will not die face down. Even at the time of death, he will not lose courage. Moreover, he will be born in the Buddha-field where he wishes, and he will not be separated from virtuous friends. Like passing a single day.

In three places, I will recite three times. Alcohol, meat, garlic, leeks, and garlic, mixtures, leftovers, etc., these should be abandoned especially for the sake of their meaning. This essential Dharma category of the meaningful snare, also for sentient beings with ability and without ability, having examined, I will proclaim it. The Acharya should not conceal the scriptures. Thus, those who are free from defilements and have abandoned jealousy and miserliness are Bodhisattvas. For the sake of benefiting sentient beings, they will attain the enlightenment of the Buddha, therefore they belong to the assembly of Bodhisattvas. Bodhi is called wisdom. Sattva is called means. These two dharmas are obtained solely for the sake of benefiting sentient beings. If the Bhagavan grants me permission, thus I will proclaim this essence before the Tathagata, for the sake of the four assemblies and others who practice evil, and for the sake of healing and happiness. Then, the Bhagavan spoke these words to the Bodhisattva Arya Avalokiteshvara: If you know that the time has come for sentient beings to be purified, you may speak. The Tathagata has already rejoiced, and in future lives and future times, he will do the work of a father for those who are vehicles of Bodhisattvas. Then, the Bodhisattva Arya Avalokiteshvara, without blinking, said to the Bhagavan: Bhagavan, the mandala of liberation made by all Bodhisattvas, for the benefit of many beings, for the happiness of many beings, and for the compassion of the world, and for the sake of the great assembly of beings, please listen to me. I pay homage to all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas who have passed away and abide in the three times. I pay homage to all the Pratyekabuddhas and the Sangha of noble Shravakas, those who have passed away, those who have not yet come, and all those who are arising now. I pay homage to those who have gone rightly and those who have entered rightly. I pay homage to the son of Sharadvati. To Maitreya and other Bodhisattvas,
