完全清净具功德，顶戴种种清净之莲花。最为殊胜三界唯一眼，赐胜一切有情之财富。不可思议亦于不可思议劫显现，适时悦意清净且明澈。具宝冠者生于金刚中，三界唯一勇士莲花眼。博闻如海胜过一切有情，解脱一切有情之至尊。美妙悦耳佩戴清净莲花，自在善逝安住之发髻者。具足善妙功德庄严之身形，具怖畏大风骤起之兵器。乃善妙之因，亦是圣者精进之因，以理享用大乐之殊胜因。乃殊胜坛城之行境唯一因，乃度脱三界之唯一器。乃殊胜坛城之庄严无罪垢，金色光辉成为依托之所依。以平等性令不平等者平等，地基稳固光芒 增长具足饰品之鬘。伟大之大无有阻碍，先前遣除一切黑暗无烦恼。善妙清净行境极清净，以理坛城宽广且极清净。三界自在生于莲花中，三界安乐宽广之自在者。自在不动瑜伽士精通者，如来大者最为殊胜宽广者。以珍宝庄严之金刚为饰品，以莲花庄严生于须弥山。乃善妙之器，乃大功德之唯一器。安乐享用乃大导师之主，具足广大誓愿之大海者。度脱有情堕入轮回中，如地平等观照一切众生。贤劫千劫之显现者，以殊胜金刚妩媚之坛城者。功德种种差别之坛城者，具善妙之相，具勇士之力量。如是法性知味之行境者，具顶髻红点之坛城者。拥有一百大天，三十三天之主宰者，受诸天及非天所敬礼。具足百种精进，拥有一千力量，拥有一百福德，持有一百兵器，百莲花者生于莲花中。

一切中最殊胜的施与者，证得胜者所说解脱之智，安乐受用增广无垢染，面轮广大无垢染，人与非天百施之手胜妙，观视众多世间之自在者，具力种姓威势力大，等同佛陀，殊胜之法珍宝等同，僧众等同，难胜离贪者，三殊胜超胜珍宝大胜等同，遍主三毒烦恼除尘者，金刚心胜妙，向您敬礼！莲花无垢持于手中央，具发髻者，具形饰顶髻，顶髻无量光广大，向您敬礼！此后薄伽梵自生除暗者，如大鼓声般坚定而赐教，于大胜金刚歌中赞颂之，百零八名具足除过失之善妙，若有人恒常欲求殊胜善，则应赞颂观世音自在，彼不久将获得功德之，殊胜大乐受用之法，无论何人恒常以此赞颂，观世音自在圣者将施予，罪恶诸般亦不会于彼发生，任何所欲皆能轻易获得，彼不为罪恶垢染所染，将能于善良之道上行走，三有应护唯一莲花所生者，如是者将能行于殊胜之法，如是欲求成就名之差别，任何恒常欲求安乐者，当恒常赞颂周遍有情众生之主观世音，莲花所生者，薄伽梵上师圣观世音自在之百零八名，具陀罗尼咒语者圆满。
