Then, the Blessed One extended his golden right hand and said "Well done" to Indra, Brahma, and all the protectors of the world. With the blessings of the Tathagata, the gods and protectors of the world, for the benefit and protection of all sentient beings, well spoken are these root mantras of the dharani, well done! Well done! Then, the Blessed One again spoke to the Bodhisattva Vajrapani: Vajrapani, any son or daughter of good family who holds this vidya-mantra for prolonging life, which is a category of Dharma called "Good Door," and recites it upon rising in the morning, will be blessed by all the Buddhas. The king of the gods, the king of the nagas, the king of the yakshas, the king of the asuras, the king of the garudas, the king of the kinnaras, and the king of the mahoragas will all think of him. After the Blessed One had spoken thus, the Bodhisattva Vajrapani, Indra, Brahma, and the entire retinue with all the protectors of the world, and the world with gods, humans, asuras, and gandharvas rejoiced and praised what the Blessed One had said.
