These bases of secret mantras are spoken by ninety-nine crore Buddhas and are blessed. Tadyathā. Buddhe buddhe. Buddhe buddhe. Buddha-vatī. Buddha-avabhāsani. Dharma-vatī. Sama-hite. Samādhi-garbhe buddha-avabhāsani. Buddha-parihari. Dharma-avabhāsani svāhā. Whoever transgresses this supreme vidyā-mantra queen, the Victorious Mother, their head will split into seven pieces like the fruit of the Sitaka tree. Whoever holds, recites, offers, writes, or copies this great vidyā-mantra queen, the Victorious Mother, in a book and places it in a village, city, town, region, around a royal palace, or in a temple, I, along with my retinue of servants and countless kotis of nayutas of yakshas, will follow and protect the mantra-holder. I will set boundaries within a hundred thousand yojanas. All retaliation, enemies, wars, fights, fault-finding, battles, and conflicts will cease to exist. They will be turned back. Then, the Bhagavan praised the great King Namtose's son, saying, "Great King, well done! Great Bodhisattva, it is excellent that you have entered for the benefit of all the world, with love for all beings, and for the sake of happiness and protecting the Dharma! Whoever is protected, embraced, and guarded by this great vidyā-mantra queen, the Victorious Mother, their body will not be harmed by weapons, poison, curses, killing, plagues, or any harm. This great vidyā-mantra queen, the Victorious Mother, has been sealed with the mudra of the Tathagata. Vajrapani, you should hold, embrace, and fully understand this great vidyā-mantra queen, the Victorious Mother. Vajrapani, in the future, in the last five hundred years of the degenerate age, when the holy Dharma is completely destroyed, for those beings with strong hatred, who are extremely fierce, yakshas and rakshasas who steal radiance, and kings who practice non-Dharma

亦将生起。短命非法，彼时若有国土守护者生起，此明咒之大女王胜者，将为心不平等者、心不善良者，以及所有嗔恨和极度嗔恨之有情众生之利益而转变，将被调伏。明咒之大女王胜者，此乃能摧毁一切魔之坛城者，乃无数百千万亿佛所宣说、加持及印可。明咒之大女王胜者，乃诸天所礼敬。其后，秘密主金刚手向薄伽梵如是请问：薄伽梵，此法之名为何？应如何受持？薄伽梵告之曰：金刚手，因此汝当受持为如来藏及手印。亦当受持为能摧毁一切魔之坛城者，胜者。薄伽梵如是宣说后，秘密主金刚手，以及大国王毗沙门天子，与天、人、非天、乾闼婆等世间皆大欢喜，对薄伽梵所说深表赞叹。圣胜者之陀罗尼终。 圣胜者之陀罗尼。
