Oṃ phuru dhuru, buddha mānasi ke svāhā. These Vajrapāṇis are empowered from the crown of the Tathāgata. It is a secret place. It is the secret of all Tathāgatas. It is blessed by all Tathāgatas. Vajrapāṇi, whichever human king writes this Queen of Vidya-mantras, the Victorious One, well on a scroll and carries it, or wears it on the body, and offers incense, garlands, unguents, and various flowers in a fluttering manner, treats it as a guru, draws it as a picture, and makes offerings, then that human king will be protected by the great king Vaiśravaṇa, the yaksha, following like a shadow, together with many hundreds of thousands of kotis of attendants. That human king will not be able to be found vulnerable by opponents, enemies, and all the enemy's armies. Even if power enters that country, or obstacles enter, the great king Vaiśravaṇa will eliminate hundreds of various obstacles and thousands of various obstacles. Wherever the human king goes, there this great Queen of Vidya-mantras, the Victorious One, should be hung on the top of the victory banner and honored in front. Whenever entering a battlefield or fighting with a great enemy, this great Queen of Vidya-mantras, the Victorious One, should be worn around the neck. If entering the battlefield, then the great king Vaiśravaṇa will defeat that enemy's army. He will be victorious. This great Queen of Vidya-mantras, the Victorious One, whoever wears it around the neck will be victorious. Vajrapāṇi, whether in a village, city, town, region, or around the palace of a king, if various epidemics occur, or if great inauspicious omens appear, then there, this great Queen of Vidya-mantras, the Victorious One, along with various flowers, rituals, bali offerings, and vases filled with various drinks, should be placed in the four directions. If this great Queen of Vidya-mantras, the Victorious One, is recited, then the great king Vaiśravaṇa, together with his retinue and attendants, and with countless hundreds of thousands of kotis of yakshas, will completely pacify the epidemics and inauspicious omens.
