After reciting, mix them together and pour into a bottle to stir. Every day, every year, take a piece of sweet flag, and for every ounce of butter, recite once and eat. This will tame the mind and make one intelligent. Similarly, for cow's butter and milk, recite one hundred and eight times, stir the milk porridge and eat it, it will become the best method for taming the mind. If you want to associate with people and be friendly, for those who are compatible with your mind, put flowers and plants, fruits or resins, into the wine in your right hand, and recite one hundred and one times. Whoever you give it to will always be friendly with you. If horses and other livestock are near death, in water and mustard seeds, recite one hundred and eight times, and sprinkle it on them, they will recover. Alternatively, recite on one hundred and eight mustard seeds, make an amulet and wear it around the neck, and one will be free from illness and happy. If people are afraid of death, recite on mustard seeds, make an amulet and hang it on the door, reciting one hundred, one thousand, or one hundred thousand times, the diseases of people and livestock will disappear and become peaceful. If you recite regularly, your wishes will be completely fulfilled, no harm will occur, and you will fully embrace the Dharma. These verses have inconceivable power and miracles. All these rituals, if one believes in them with faith, there is no doubt that they will be accomplished. If you recite one hundred thousand times, all your needs will be fulfilled. This is the compassion of the teacher Shakyamuni, which the monk Nerban Rakshita (藏文：ནེར་བན་རཀྵི་ཏས།) found in the place of Thogar, and it shines as the glory of all beings.
