The Blessed One said: "Vajrapani, this is not a pile of brooms, but a great jewel stupa made of the seven precious substances. The stupas of the essence of the relics of the Tathagatas of the Buddhas will not be destroyed or separated, how could the Vajra essence body of the Tathagata be separated? However, it will disappear even from the appearance of the ripening of the karmic fruits of sentient beings. Vajrapani, furthermore, in the future time, in the future age, the practice of evil everywhere, the sinful, and those who are addicted to hell will become very serious. They will not believe in the Buddha, not believe in the Dharma, not seek the Sangha, and will not cultivate roots of virtue, and because of these causes and conditions, the holy Dharma will disappear. May it be so! The essence of all Tathagatas' mantras will become a stupa blessed by secrecy. It will become ninety-nine stupas, as many as sesame seeds of the Tathagatas. The crown protuberance and eyes of all Tathagatas will be blessed as stupas. If anyone places a Buddha image or all stupas within it, then the Tathagata's image will be blessed as the nature of the seven precious jewels. The rosary of the Dharma wheel, and that which is connected to the net of tinkling bells, auspiciousness, the image of the parasol, and the bell, will be blessed as the nature of the seven precious jewels. All the Tathagatas, and the power and blessing of this Dharma category, by truth and oath, will be blessed until the essence of Bodhi. Any sentient beings who pay homage and make offerings to that stupa will surely become non-returning and will manifestly awaken to unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment. A single prostration and circumambulation will completely liberate one from places such as Avici hell, and one will not regress from unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment. Wherever such a stupa or image exists, that place will also be blessed by all the Tathagatas. That place will not be disturbed even by fierce nagas. It will not be disturbed by hail and frost. That place will not be disturbed even by fierce or malicious creatures. It will not be disturbed even by wild animals. The fear of fierce birds, parrots, squirrels, mice, foxes, flesh flies, mosquitoes, ants, three-mouthed ants, long-mouthed ants, and horseflies will not occur. It will not be disturbed even by venomous snakes. That place will not experience epidemics, contagious diseases, and conflicts. Decay will not occur either. All demons will not be able to invade. All epidemics will not be able to invade. All diseases, poxes, eye swellings, boils, genital sores, athlete's foot, itching, and leprosy will not be able to invade, and merely seeing that stupa will cure everything. In that area, diseases of cattle, diseases of livestock, diseases of various animal reproductive organs, diseases of men, women, boys, and girls will never invade. Untimely death will not occur. Not by poison. Not by weapons, fire, or water will ever invade. Not by the fear of enemy armies. The fear of bad harvests will never invade. The fear of the armies of great kings will not occur either. The Four Great Kings will constantly and continuously protect that area. They will completely shelter it. The twenty-eight great yaksha army leaders will also constantly and continuously protect, rescue, and conceal. The twenty-eight constellations, the moon, the sun, and the great comets will also harmonize day and night. All the Naga kings will constantly and continuously not steal the splendor, but only send down good rain.
