The quantity should be equal, and the number of mantras should also be equal. First, wrap three layers with red thread, and then cut the life force of the wheel in the middle. Holding a knife in hand, recite the fierce mantra: Nāga Tikṣṇa Che Ge Mo Māraya Hūṃ Phaṭ! (藏文：ནཱ་ག་ཏིཀྵྞ་ཆེ་གེ་མོ་མཱ་ར་ཡ་ཧུྃ་ཕཊ།，梵文天城体：नाग तिक़्ष्ण च्ये के मो मारय हुं फट्，梵文罗马拟音：nāga tikṣṇa cye ke mo māraya hūṃ phaṭ，汉语字面意思：Dragon Sharp Such and Such Destroy Hūṃ Phaṭ!) Recite in order, collect the auspicious items, and place them in the northeast corner. Then, in the center of the mandala, dig a homa pit and smear it with poisonous blood. Shape the deity inside for the homa. Cut the wheel with a knife, hold it, and burn it equally with the number. The fire should be taken from the house of a widow. Visualize the deity, especially holding the fire. The sequence of reciting the secret mantra is: Nāga Citta Jvāla Raṃ Māraya Phaṭ! After suppressing, visualize it in the mouth of the crocodile. By doing this, the recitation will be destroyed. Do not doubt this. Then, the method of manifestation: draw a dragon on an elephant skin, write someone's name, and recite the fierce mantra, and it will prevent lightning from falling. On an eight-petaled lotus of grains, draw the forms of nāgas. After immersing them, recite the fierce mantra, and the rain from the sky will come in due time. Write "ཨེ་（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）" on a skull, surround it with mantras, write someone's name and immerse it. Recite any fierce mantra, and it will be quickly accomplished without doubt. For those who are threatened by creatures, write the fierce mantra with the water of death, summon the terrifying one and make offerings to it, and then wrap it in mustard seeds. Tie it to someone, and it is the best protection. From the Vajra Bekrodha Tantra, the chapter on Subtle Actions, the sixteenth. Then, those retinues were very happy, offered and praised the Bhagavan, offered their rejoicing, and then disappeared, abiding in great equanimity.
