If it still does not rain, in order to threaten the nagas, make a fire offering on the mandala with various bloods and poisonous trees, etc. This will quickly cause rain to fall. If you want to stop excessive rain or hail, write letters on the roots of Prunus cerasifera and poisonous Kadapa trees, and then erect them in the center of a white mandala, and recite mustard seeds and ashes many times. If you do not want to do this, it will definitely happen even by just praising. Horse blood and various poisons will revive someone who has fainted. If you want to pacify the wind, write the mantra on the clothes of Ishvara with saffron and the top of a mountain of Catabala, and then place it on top of the mandala. Recite the secret mantra king a thousand times, etc., as much as you can, and then place it on top of a house, and you will pacify the wind. If you want to pacify an epidemic, draw a twelve-petaled lotus with saffron and ox-gall, and then write the first mantras and the last mantras on the petals. Write the remaining mantras on the circumference, and then make offerings and prayers with flowers and all yellow fruits. If you hang it on the top of a temple or on the upper gate of a gathering of the Sangha, all wishes will be fulfilled, and all epidemics will cease.
