་གིས་བྱས་ན་ལེགས་སོ་སྙམ་མོ། །སྡིག་པའི་སེམས་སྐྱེས་མ་ཐག་ཏུ་ནམ་མཁའ་ལས་ལྷུང་ནས། སྔོན་གྱི་ཕོ་བྲང་རྙིང་པའི་སྒོ་དྲུང་དུ་ལྷུང་སྟེ། སྲོག་དང་བྲལ་ལ་ཁད་པ་ཙམ་དུ་ཉམ་ཐག་པར་གྱུར་ཏོ། །དེ་ནས་མི་དག་ལྷགས་ཏེ་འདི་སྐད་ཅེས་དྲིས་སོ། །གལ་ཏེ་འཇིག་རྟེན་གྱི་ཁྱིམ་པ་དག་རྒྱལ་པོ་སྤྱི་བོ་སྐྱེས་ཇི་ལྟར་ཚེའི་ དུས་བྱས་ཞེས་དྲི་ན། དེ་ལ་བདག་གིས་ཅི་སྐད་ཅེས་བྱ། སྨྲས་པ། གལ་ཏེ་དེ་སྐད་ཅེས་འདྲི་བ་ཡོད་ན། དེ་ལ་འདི་སྐད་ཅེས་གྱིས་ཤིག།རྒྱལ་པོ་སྤྱི་བོ་སྐྱེས་ནི་འདོད་པའི་དབང་གིས་ཚེ་འཕོས་སོ། །དེས་གླིང་བཞི་ལ་ལོ་བྱེ་བ་ཕྲག་བཞི་བཅུའི་བར་དུ་དབང་བྱས་ཏེ། ཉིན་ཞག་བཞིའི་བར་དུ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་ཡང་ཆར་བཞིན་དུ་བབ། ལྷའི་རིས་གཉིས་སུ་བྱོན་ཀྱང་ཆོག་མ་ཤེས་པས། ནམ་མཁའ་ལས་ལྷུང་སྟེ། ཚེ་འཕོས་ཞེས་བྱོས་ཤིག་དེ་བས་ན་དགེ་སློང་དག་རྙེད་པ་དང་། གྲགས་པ་ནི་ཡང་དག་པར་ཉེས་པའི་སྐྱོན་ཆེན་པོ་སྟེ། ཅི་ནས་ཀྱང་རིང་དུ་སྤངས་པར་སེམས་ལ་ཡང་དག་པར་བྱང་ཆུབ་ལ་ནན་ཏན་གྱིས་ཤིག།དེ་ནས་ཀུན་དགའ་བོས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ལ་འདི་སྐད་ཅེས་གསོལ་ཏོ། །རྒྱལ་པོ་སྤྱི་བོ་སྐྱེས་དེ་སྔོན་བསོད་ནམས་ཅི་ཞིག་བགྱིས་ན། དེ་ལྟ་བུའི་འབྲས་བུ་ཆེན་པོ་ཐོབ་པར་གྱུར། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་བཀའ་སྩལ་པ། སྔོན་འདས་པའི་བསྐལ་པ་གྲངས་མེད་བསམ་གྱིས་མི་ཁྱབ་པ་འདས་པའི་ཕ་རོལ་ན། སངས་རྒྱས་ཕུར་ཤ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་འཇིག་རྟེན་དུ་གཤེགས་ཏེ་འཁོར་དང་བཅས་སུ་འཇིག་རྟེན་གྱི་དོན་མཛད་དོ། །དེའི་ཚེ་བྲམ་ཟེའི་བུ་ཞིག་ཆུང་མ་ལེན་ཏོ། །འཇིག་རྟེན་པ་ཆོས་ཀྱིས་ཆུང་མ་ལེན་ན། སྲན་མ་སྤར་གང་ཐོགས་ཏེ་གཏོར་བའི་རིགས་སོ། །ཁྱེའུ་དེ་ཡང་སྲན་མ་ཐོགས་ཏེ་འཐོར་དུ་སོང་བ་ལས། ལམ་དུ་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དང་ཕྲད་ནས་སེམས་ཡིད་དགའ་སྟེ། ལག་ན་སྲན་མ་ཐོགས་པ་དག་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ལ་གཏོར་བ་དང་། འབྲུམ་བུ་བཞི་ལྷུང་བཟེད་ཀྱི་ནང་དུ་སོང་ངོ་། །འབྲུམ་བུ་གཅིག་ནི་དབུའི་རྩེ་མོར་ཆགས་སོ། །བསོད་ནམས་ཀྱི་རྒྱུ་དང་རྐྱེན་དེ་ཙམ་གྱིས་བསོད་ནམས་ཆེན་པོ་འཐོབ་སྟེ། སྲན་མ་འབྲུམ་བུ་བཞི་ལྷུང་བཟེད་ཀྱི་ནང་དུ་སོང་བས་གླིང་བཞི་ལ་དབང་བྱེད་པར་གྱུར། འབྲུམ་བུ་གཅིག་སྤྱི་བོར་ཆགས་པས་ལྷའི་རིམ་པ་གཉིས་ཀྱི་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་མྱོང་བར་གྱུར་ཏོ། །དེའི་ཚེ་ཉེ་གནས་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱིས་གསུངས་པ་ཐོས་ནས། ལ་ལས་ནི་འབྲས་བུ་དང་པོ་ནས་གཉིས་པ་དང་། གསུམ་པ་དང་དགྲ་བཅོམ་པའི་འབྲས་བུ་ཐོབ་པར་གྱུར་ཏོ། ། འཁོར་མང་པོ་རྣམས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་གསུངས་པ་ལ་རྗེས་སུ་ཡི་རངས་ནས་མངོན་པར་དགའོ། །རྒྱལ་པོ་སྤྱི་བོ་སྐྱེས་ཀྱི་ལེའུ་སྟེ་བཞི་བཅུ་ལྔ་པའོ།། །། བཞི་བཅུ་ལྔ་པ། རྒྱལ་པོ་སྤྱི་བོ་སྐྱེས་ཀྱི་ལེའུ།

想著如果這樣做就好了。罪惡的念頭剛一生起，就從天空中掉了下來，掉到以前舊王宮的門口，變得非常虛弱，瀕臨死亡。然後人們聚集過來，這樣問道：如果世俗的居家者問道，名叫頂生王的國王是如何度過一生的？我該怎麼回答呢？（他們）說：如果有人這樣問，就這樣回答：頂生王是被慾望所轉移而去世的。他統治四大部洲長達四十四億年，日夜都像下雨一樣降下珍寶。即使去了兩個天界，仍然不知滿足，從天空中掉下來，說他去世了。因此，比丘們，獲得和名聲確實是非常大的過失，無論如何都要遠離，心中要努力精進於真正的菩提。然後，阿難向世尊這樣稟告：頂生王以前做了什麼功德，才能獲得如此巨大的果報？世尊開示說：在過去無數不可思議的劫之前，有一位名叫佛陀弗沙的佛出世，和他的眷屬一起做著利益世界的事情。那時，一個婆羅門的兒子要娶妻。如果世俗之人依法娶妻，就會拿著一把豆子撒出去。那個男孩也拿著豆子去撒，在路上遇到了世尊，心中非常高興，就把手裡拿著的豆子撒向世尊，其中四顆豆子掉進了缽裡，一顆豆子落在了頭頂上。僅僅因為這樣的功德之因和緣，就獲得了巨大的功德，因為四顆豆子掉進了缽裡，所以他統治了四大部洲。一顆豆子落在頭頂上，所以他享受了兩個天界的福報。當時，近侍們聽到了佛陀所說的話，有些人獲得了初果、二果、三果和阿羅漢果。 眾多的眷屬

Thinking that it would be good to do so. As soon as the sinful thought arose, he fell from the sky and landed at the gate of the old palace, becoming very weak, on the verge of death. Then people gathered and asked, "If worldly householders ask how King Mandhata spent his life, what should I say?" They said, "If someone asks that, answer like this: King Mandhata passed away due to the power of desire. He ruled the four continents for forty-four billion years, and jewels rained down like rain day and night. Even though he went to two realms of gods, he was not satisfied and fell from the sky, saying that he had passed away. Therefore, monks, gain and fame are indeed very great faults, and in any case, you should stay away from them and diligently strive for true Bodhi in your minds." Then, Ananda said to the Blessed One, "What merit did King Mandhata do in the past that he obtained such a great result?" The Blessed One said, "In the past, beyond countless inconceivable eons, a Buddha named Phursha appeared in the world and, together with his retinue, worked for the benefit of the world. At that time, a Brahmin's son was going to marry. If worldly people marry according to Dharma, they would take a handful of beans and scatter them. That boy also took beans to scatter, and on the way, he met the Blessed One and was very happy. He scattered the beans he was holding in his hand towards the Blessed One, and four beans fell into the alms bowl, and one bean landed on the top of his head. Just because of such a cause and condition of merit, he obtained great merit. Because four beans fell into the alms bowl, he ruled the four continents. Because one bean landed on the top of his head, he enjoyed the bliss of two realms of gods." At that time, the attendants heard what the Buddha said, and some obtained the first fruit, the second fruit, the third fruit, and the fruit of an Arhat. Many retinues
