Seeing some people doing something, he asked what they were doing. They replied, "Food is already sufficient, but there are no clothes to adorn the body, so these are used to make clothes." Then the king said again, "If I had the power to be king, then clothes would naturally be available, and may all the poor have enough clothes." As soon as he said that, all the trees naturally grew clothes of various colors and styles, enough for everyone to wear, and they would never run out. Then the king walked on and on, and saw some people holding musical instruments, and asked, "What are these?" They replied, "Food and clothes are already sufficient, so we play a lot of music, these are instruments for our own happiness and play." The king said, "If I had the power of a king, then may all the musical instruments and sacred objects naturally appear!" As soon as he said that, many musical instruments hung down from the branches of all the trees. If someone wanted music, they would play automatically, with beautiful and pleasant sounds, and just hearing them would make people happy. Due to the king's merit and great power, seven treasures rained down from the sky like rain, filling the whole country. The king asked the ministers, "Whose merit is it that this has happened?" The ministers replied, "This is due to the king's merit and the merit of sentient beings." The king said again, "If it is due to the merit of sentient beings, then these jewels should fall everywhere! If it is only my power, then let them fall in the palace!" As a result, the falling stopped everywhere else, and only in the palace did it fall continuously for seven days. King Spyi bo skyes enjoyed the five desires in Jambudvipa for eighty-four thousand years. Later, a yaksha came to the gate of the palace and said loudly, "In the east there is Eastern Videha, which is also incomparably beautiful and happy, and that great king is also enjoying it."

Saying, "The king is also fit to go there." The king was delighted to hear this, and the golden wheel rose into the sky, followed by the ministers and the seven precious things, and they went to the Eastern Continent of Superior Body. All the minor kings who had not paid homage also paid homage, and in the Continent of Superior Body they enjoyed the five desires for eighty thousand years. Then the Yaksha said again, "In the west there is the Western Continent of Cow Usage, and there also the great king of happiness is fit to go." The king was delighted to go there, and in the Western Continent of Cow Usage he enjoyed happiness for ten thousand years. Then the Yaksha said again, "In the north there is the Northern Continent of Unpleasant Sound, and the people who live there are rich and enjoy the pleasure of a good harvest, and the king is also fit to go to that land." The king was delighted to go, and in the Northern Continent of Unpleasant Sound he enjoyed the best of the five desires for eight thousand years. Then, at a later time, the Yaksha said, "The abode of the kings of the four great kings is also extremely happy and difficult to measure. The king is also fit to go there." The king, together with the ministers and the fourfold host of the army, rose into the sky and went. The four great kings saw them from afar, and in fear and dread they arrayed their armies and came out to meet them, but having no recourse, they retreated to their own dwellings. The Crown-Born King also enjoyed desires there for ten thousand years, and then thought, "I should go to the Thirty-three Gods." So, together with his retinue, he rose into the sky and went to the Thirty-three Gods. At that time, about five hundred hermits were living in the valleys of Mount Sumeru, and the urine and dung of the king's elephants and horses fell and touched the bodies of those hermits. They asked each other, "What is this?" And a wise and intelligent hermit said to the other hermits:

Thus he spoke. King Mandhata went to the assembly of the Thirty-three Gods, and they said, 'This is not a demon, but the impurity of those elephants and horses.' Having said this, the sages became angry and bound Mandhata and his many attendants with secret mantras and mudras, making them unable to move. The king, knowing and understanding this, made a vow, saying, 'If I have merit and power, may those sages come to me and offer me worship.' Having said this, by the great blessing and power of the king's virtues, five hundred sages all came there, served him, and went to the assembly of the Thirty-three Gods. Before they arrived, from afar they could clearly see the heavenly palace, which was beautiful and extremely radiant, clear and bright. That beautiful heavenly palace had one hundred and twelve large gates, and the gods were frightened and closed all the gates, and put on three layers of iron bolts. King Mandhata, with his army, arrived there without hindrance, and the king blew the conch and drew the bow, and the bowstring vibrated, and the one hundred and twelve gates of the heavenly palace opened automatically at the same time, and Indra greeted him outside, led him into the heavenly palace, and had him sit on half of Indra's seat. The king of the gods and the king of men were similar in appearance, and if one could not distinguish the senses, one would distinguish them by the speed of the gods. The king enjoyed the five supreme desires in the heavenly palace until thirty-six kings of the gods were replaced. The last of the kings of the gods was named Bodhisattva Light Protector, and at that time the king of the Asuras waged war against the gods, fighting with Indra, and Indra was unable to defeat him and fled back to his residence with his army. Then King Mandhata came out, blew the conch, and drew the bowstring, and all the Asura armies immediately scattered. At that time, King Mandhata thought to himself, 'My power is unmatched by anyone, let alone living with Indra, I might as well kill him and be king alone.'
