凡是会产生名为“毛骨悚然”的现象，都将不复存在。即使不忆念佛法，如来的声闻僧团，是善入者，是正入者，是直入者，是随顺者，是随顺佛法的僧团，是随顺佛法而行持者。为了现证入流果而入者也有，已入入流者也有。为了现证一来果而入者也有，已入一来者也有。为了现证不还果而入者也有，已入不还者也有。为了现证阿罗汉果而入者也有，已入阿罗汉者也有。他们是四双八士，是如来的声闻僧团，是戒律圆满，禅定圆满，智慧圆满，解脱圆满，解脱知见圆满者，是堪为供养，堪为殊胜供养，堪为合掌，堪为礼拜，是无上福田，是世间之福田。如是，从僧团方面如实随念吧！商人们，那时你们如实随念僧团之后，凡是会产生恐惧、害怕或名为“毛骨悚然”的现象，都将不复存在。商人们，过去天神与阿修罗的战争临近时，天帝释提桓因对三十三天诸天神说：诸位朋友，如果你们参与天神与阿修罗的战争时，产生了恐惧、害怕或毛骨悚然，那时你们应当如实忆念我的最胜幢顶，制胜幢顶。那时你们应当如实忆念我的最胜幢顶，制胜幢顶。

Whatever causes a sensation called "hair-raising" will cease to exist. Even if the Dharma is not recollected, the Sangha of the Blessed One's disciples is well-entered, rightly entered, directly entered, harmoniously entered, entered into the Dharma that accords with the Dharma, practicing in accordance with the Dharma. There are also those who have entered in order to realize the fruit of stream-entry, and there are those who have entered the stream. There are also those who have entered in order to realize the fruit of once-returning, and there are those who have entered once-returning. There are also those who have entered in order to realize the fruit of non-returning, and there are those who have entered non-returning. There are also those who have entered in order to realize the fruit of Arhatship, and there are those who have entered Arhatship. They are the four pairs and eight individuals, the Sangha of the Blessed One's disciples, who are perfect in morality, perfect in concentration, perfect in wisdom, perfect in liberation, perfect in the vision of the knowledge of liberation, worthy of all offerings, worthy of supreme offerings, worthy of reverence, worthy of prostration, the unsurpassed field of merit, the field of merit of the world. Thus, recollect the Sangha as it is! Merchants, when you have recollected the Sangha in this way, whatever causes fear, dread, or a sensation called "hair-raising" will cease to exist. Merchants, in the past, when the war between the gods and the Asuras was near, Indra, the lord of the gods, said to the gods of the Thirty-three: Friends, if you are engaged in the war between the gods and the Asuras, and fear, dread, or hair-raising arises, then you should truly recollect my supreme banner, the victorious banner.
