and is the king of all mountains, Mount Sumeru. Having heard this, from Indra Kauśika to the lord of the Sahā world, Brahmā, supreme joy and delight arose. By the power of the Blessed One, those four great dragon kings departed from that abode of the ascetic sage. The dragon king Ocean, from here, in the great ocean of the south, with its tail supporting, its head placed on the summit of Mount Sumeru, gazing only at the Blessed One, and the dragon king Jewel Protector from the west, and the dragon king Body-Piercing Needle from the north, and the dragon king Rough to the Moon, from the great ocean of the east, with its tail supporting, its head placed on the summit of Mount Sumeru, gazing only at the Blessed One. The remaining immeasurable hundreds of thousands of millions of dragons were unable to depart from there. All of them secretly praised, saying thus: "Please completely protect us from this prison! Please completely liberate us!" The dragon kings Nanda and Upananda thought, "The Blessed One will come here from the summit of Mount Sumeru, dwell in this abode, and teach the Dharma to the dragons." Then those two transformed their bodies from the abode to the summit of Mount Sumeru. Then Indra thought, "These dragons have rough and crowded bodies, and contact with them is painful. It would not be good if the soles of the Blessed One's feet were injured." So, he covered the body of the Vidyādhara with divine cloths, and sprinkled sandalwood snake heart and powdered Tamāla leaves on its head, and scattered divine flowers. Then the Blessed One transformed that abode of the ascetic sage into a vast area of eighty-four billion kotis of nayutas of yojanas in extent. The lord of the Sahā world, Brahmā, spread seats of divine jewel cloths, ornaments, jewels, and precious stones in its center. At that time, the Blessed One

Dwelling at the highest peak, he spoke to Ajnata Kaundinya: In any case, in order for all those who are filled in all Buddha-fields of the Saha world to hear, he taught the Dharma with such power of the blessing of the miraculous transformation of the Buddha-field. Kaundinya, whatever clinging to the arising, abiding, ceasing, and close grasping of the eye, this is the arising of suffering. This is the abiding of disease and the limbs of existence. This is the arising of aging and death. Kaundinya, whatever clinging to the arising, abiding, ceasing, and close grasping of the ear, nose, tongue, body, and mind, this is the arising of suffering. This is the abiding of disease and the limbs of existence. This is the arising of aging and death. Kaundinya, whatever the cessation, pacification, disappearance, and close grasping pacification of the eye, this is the cessation of suffering. This is the pacification of the limbs of existence. This is the disappearance of aging and death. Kaundinya, whatever the cessation, pacification, disappearance, and complete pacification of close grasping of the ear, nose, tongue, body, and mind, this is the cessation of suffering. This is the pacification of the limbs of existence. This is the disappearance of aging and death. By what Dharma am I known as excellent among the world of beings together with gods, Brahma, ascetics, Brahmins, and gods and humans, known as supreme by great love, known as holy by great compassion, known as unsurpassed by crossing beyond samsara, and by generosity, taming, and truly taming, maintaining equanimity towards all sentient beings, the Dharma of such generosity, taming, truly taming, the Brahma-viharas, and the Dharma of the harmonious cause of fully cultivating the eightfold noble path, I have extensively shown to all sentient beings. It has been clarified. The compassionate teacher, wishing to benefit, what has been done for the Shravakas, I have already done. Now it is what you should do. In order to escape aging and death, go to monasteries, under trees, to cemeteries, mountains, and solitary places.

In those final situations, do not become someone who regrets it later, meditate! Strive! This is what I have shown. When the Bhagavan spoke this Dharma category, in this Saha world's Buddha-field, all the hundred kotis of the four continents, in each of the four continents, there are countless hundreds of thousands of kotis of sentient beings, and they all accumulated various kinds of roots of virtue. Some abide in samadhi, dharani, and patience. Likewise, for the dharmas, they generated the Dharma eye. Some purified the karmic obscurations that cause sentient beings to fall into hell, from some, they purified the karmic obscurations of sentient beings falling into hell and the animal realm, some purified the karmic obscurations of falling into poor yakshas, and some purified the karmic obscurations of falling into poor people. Those afflicted by diseases became free from illness. Sentient beings were completely liberated from prisons. Then, the Naga King Ocean requested the Bhagavan with verses: Accumulating various virtues, stainless golden conduct is pure, rich in compassion. The supreme among gods and those born of power, and vidyadharas, you can eliminate the turbidity of afflictions. Possessing the three perfections of discipline, learning, and wisdom, you can settle all sentient beings. Please remember your past vows, liberate the assembly of vidyadharas. Just as you endure suffering for the sake of other sentient beings. The moment of vidyadharas, Boundless and limitless, suffers various kinds of ignorant suffering. Liberated from the hands of enemies, liberated from the realm of diligent and steadfast samsara. Please satisfy all the vidyadharas with the water of wisdom. The eleventh chapter of the Arya Mahasamucchaya Sutra Mahayana Sutra Essence of the Sun, which is the tenth chapter, Going to Mount Sumeru. Tenth Chapter, Going to Mount Sumeru.
