Sixth, the sixth chapter from the eleventh chapter of the Great Collection Sutra, The Essence of the Sun. Sixth, the sixth chapter from the eleventh chapter of the Great Collection Sutra, The Essence of the Sun. Then, King Rupakaya (gzugs can snying po) felt joy and Supreme joy, and with a noble mind, he said: Venerable Bhagavan, it is wonderful that the bodhisattvas, the great beings, who are diligently engaged in meditation, fill the Buddha-field of Saha with great light that has never been seen or heard before! Venerable Sugata, it is extremely wonderful! Apart from this Buddha-field and the great surrounding mountains of other borders, nothing else exists! Venerable Bhagavan, if the light of the bodhisattvas can see all of this Buddha-field of Saha, then what will be the light of the Tathagata in meditative absorption? Will we be able to see the qualities and arrangements of other Buddha-fields with the light of the Tathagata? The Bhagavan said: Great King, it is indeed so. The Tathagata dwells in his own realm of activity. The Tathagata is adorned with the ornament of great merit, the roots of virtue from accumulating merit in the past, and the causes of the past bodhisattva conduct are in harmony, the causes of becoming a bodhisattva are in harmony, his own place, manifested as the complete maturation of the Buddha, is shown to be infinitely accomplished, blessed by the unattached realm of activity of the Tathagata's manifestations, endowed with intelligence and right view that lead to the generation of clear wisdom, born from the perfection of wisdom, truly accomplished in the future kalpa, abiding in the immeasurable realm of activity of the Buddhas, excellently turning the wheel of Dharma, obtaining the cause of mastering all dharmas, understanding the superior and non-superior faculties of all sentient beings, skillful in maturing them, and dwelling in the perfect manifestation of the Buddha's activities, which are spontaneously accomplished by completely destroying habitual tendencies. Great King, therefore, all directions

You will see countless immeasurable realms. Likewise, you will see countless immeasurable Tathagatas residing, along with bodhisattvas and assemblies of shravakas surrounding them. Then, King Embodied Heart and many other beings also unanimously prayed, saying: O Blessed One, please show us the conduct of the Buddha-field itself, and the cause of the great merit of adornment. Please show us correctly until the deeds of the Buddha are completely accomplished. May the Blessed One grant the correct display of the conduct of the Tathagata. Then, the Blessed One spoke to the venerable Ajnatakaundinya: Kaundinya, all the great shravakas, householders, and renunciates, should abide in their respective virtuous sides. I too will abide in my own Buddha-conduct. At that time, all the gods, nagas, yakshas, up to humans and non-humans, and all who have seen the truth, all who have obtained the tolerance of conformity, all who do not turn back from the three vehicles, and all who have firm faith in the Three Jewels, all sat in the lotus position and entered into meditation. Then, the Blessed One entered into the samadhi called "wisdom pervading the sky for the conduct of all the Buddhas' realms, completely satisfying all the wise ones, like the sun and the moon," which is not the conduct of all the shravakas and pratyekabuddhas, nor the conduct of all the bodhisattva-mahasattvas, nor the conduct known by all sentient beings, but only the realm known by all the Buddhas, the Blessed Ones. At that time, after the Blessed One entered into samadhi, all this Buddha-field of the Saha world, and hundreds of thousands of four continents, and countless Mount Meru, the king of mountains,

Hundreds of billions of kalpas, hundreds of billions of suns and moons, and hundreds of billions of abodes of gods at the peak of existence, all of these are truly seen to be contained within the body of the Thus-Gone One. All the Buddha-fields of the all-encompassing Sahā world are truly seen to abide in the body of the Thus-Gone One. All sentient beings belonging to this Sahā Buddha-field, whether they are sentient beings in hell, or in the realm of animals, or in the realm of Yama, or gods, or humans, all of their sufferings of body and mind, and their afflictions, are completely and utterly cut off. All of them have attained such bliss of body and mind, like a monk who has attained the peace of the second dhyana and is absorbed in meditation. All the Bodhisattvas have arisen from samadhi, and the appearance of their own bodies has vanished for all those who have arisen. All the Shravakas and whatever sentient beings are absorbed in meditation, all of them have arisen from samadhi, and all of them are perfectly endowed with such bliss of body and mind. All of them have attained wonder and amazement, and having satisfied their senses, they dwell and sit within the body of the Thus-Gone One, gazing at the pores of the body of the Blessed One. All of them have seen that such rays of light have arisen from one pore of the body of the Blessed One, like the appearance of suns and moons as numerous as the sands of the Ganges, and the appearance of great precious jewels as numerous as the sands of the Ganges, and the appearance of the rays of light of tenth-level Bodhisattvas as numerous as the sands of the Ganges. From each pore of the Blessed One, such light arose, and the rays of light that emanated from the body of the Blessed One filled and pervaded all the Buddha-fields of the ten directions with great light. In those Buddha-fields that are not empty, all the Buddhas, the Blessed Ones, who dwell and reside, all those Buddhas, the Blessed Ones, praise all the all-encompassing Sahā Buddha-fields with such a voice.
