Whoever lacks discipline, that one is incomplete in limbs. With this body of bones, a place of inconceivable giving, is the object of offering for all the world, thus I offer to the Tathagata. The three thousand worlds are boundless, filled entirely with jewels, for the sake of seeking Buddha's wisdom, I give greatly to the protector of the world. Although there are worldly offerings, whoever understands all dharmas as empty, even giving up body and life, those offerings are inconceivable. I will speak the words of truth, Great King, please listen, may all this assembly of beings, understand the meaning of these verses. By what truth I become a Buddha, and I become the object of offering for the world, by that truth may this earth, shake in six ways. When these words were spoken, the earth also shook greatly, wonderful and marvelous, hundreds of thousands of gods rejoiced greatly. After the gods and humans rejoiced, they also generated the mind of Bodhi, immeasurable and inconceivable beings, all abide in the supreme vehicle. The deeds done by the monk Deva, as many as the benefits, that is inexhaustible and inconceivable, the wisdom of the Buddhas enters. By what truth this Dharma, has no name called hand, by that truth, as before, may my hand quickly arise. By what truth this Dharma, Deva does not exist, even if sought in the ten directions, because it is empty, it is not found. Whatever sound arises, know that its nature is empty, sound is like an echo in a valley, thus know the nature of all dharmas. When will fear cease and also realize, understanding emptiness in the heart, by the words of truth, all the world will not be burned. As many sentient beings as there are in the three realms, as well as gods and humans, by the splendor of the all-knowing, may all be equally established. As many gods and humans as there are, whatever harm there may be, by the splendor of non-retrogression, may all of them be pacified. When these verses were spoken, the hand was also reborn, the body of Deva, well adorned with all the marks. Hundreds of thousands of millions of gods, in the sky

Having dwelt there, at that time, the Mandārava flowers were scattered upon that monk. The flowers of non-humans filled this Jambudvīpa. Billions and trillions of goddesses made songs and music to the utmost. At that time, when these sounds were uttered by Deva-datta (བདེ་བས་བྱིན་པ་), this miracle would be seen by billions of Buddhas. In their respective Buddha-fields, they made the great fame heard by the father-monk, the mother-monk, the female lay practitioner, and the male lay practitioner. That monk Deva-datta (བདེ་བས་བྱིན་པ་) was wise and also had great power, and for the sake of the Buddha's wisdom, he set his hand on fire. With that lamp, he illuminated the fields as numerous as the sands of the Ganges, like the burning of the kalpa of destruction. Flowers and powders filled all the fields. From the ground upwards, it was filled to the knees. All the precious flowers filled the Buddha-field. For the sake of offering to Deva-datta (བདེ་བས་བྱིན་པ་), the nāgas rained down showers of pearls. With all the precious arrangements, this field was greatly adorned. For the sake of offering to Deva-datta (བདེ་བས་བྱིན་པ་), pearls and jewels were greatly scattered. Gods, nāgas, yakshas, as well as kimnaras and kumbhāṇḍas, as numerous as the sands of the Ganges, entered into the supreme Bodhi. Even on Vulture Peak Mountain, the Buddha Śākyasiṃha, in front of the sangha of monks, proclaimed the lion's roar of the Victorious One. In billions of kalpas, when practicing the practice of Bodhi, I was Deva-datta Anavatapta is Śrīghoṣa (དཔལ་དབྱངས་). The monk Deva-datta (བདེ་བས་བྱིན་པ་), as soon as he was seen, countless women were transformed into male bodies. The king prophesied that they would not revert to female bodies again. He is the guide of all the worlds, and he also prophesied that he would be self-born and transformed. Having heard the teaching of purified qualities, the wise ones, having heard this sutra, should not be attached to their bodies, but should follow this Dharma.
