Sentient beings are truly rare, Even though they have learned all the treatises, In order to follow the customs of the world, They have come to this school of letters. Whatever letters whose names I do not know, Even though I am proficient in this, Still, I have come to the school of letters to learn. Although I have seen your face, I do not see the holy marks on your crown. If you have exhausted the wisdom of letters, How shall I teach you? This is the great god, the god of gods, Also the most wise among all the gods, Superior and incomparable, There is no equal among the people of the world. I also, by your power, By the distinction of wisdom and means.
