What is a hero? What is enlightenment? What is prophecy? Form is empty of the nature of form. Feeling, perception, mental formations, and consciousness are empty of the nature of consciousness. Buddha is empty of the very nature of Buddha. Bodhisattva is empty of the very nature of Bodhisattva. Enlightenment is empty of the very nature of enlightenment. Prophecy is empty of the very nature of prophecy. Thus, all phenomena are empty of inherent existence. The terms 'form' and so on up to 'consciousness,' 'Buddha,' and so on up to 'prophecy,' are merely labels, merely names, merely conventions, merely worldly terms, merely expressions, merely designations. Wise people should not cling to them. For example, if a person enjoys the five desirable qualities in a dream while sleeping, upon waking, those desirable qualities are not seen. They cannot be remembered, and because they cannot be remembered, they become a source of suffering. Similarly, those who have truly entered the Bodhisattva path, if they seek enlightenment, they will not encounter enlightenment. Because they have not found enlightenment and have not tasted its flavor, they suffer. Why is that? It is because all phenomena are deceptive like a dream. The meaning of those phenomena is a different appearance, and ordinary beings cling to a different appearance. If those phenomena are to be understood in that way, then what phenomenon is Buddha? What is Bodhisattva? What is enlightenment? What is prophecy? Thus, all phenomena are without object of reference. Ordinary beings are also without object of reference. The phenomena of ordinary beings are also without object of reference. Hearers are also without object of reference. The phenomena of hearers are also without object of reference. Solitary realizers are also without object of reference. The phenomena of solitary realizers are also without object of reference. Bodhisattvas are also without object of reference. The phenomena of Bodhisattvas are also without object of reference. Buddhas are also without object of reference. The phenomena of Buddhas are also without object of reference. Enlightenment is also without object of reference. Nirvana is also without object of reference. Blessed One, we have no doubt about that, and we have no hesitation. Having made this request, they rejoiced.

Then, those sons of gods of Danri, without doubt or hesitation about these dharmas, strived to make offerings to the Blessed One. They made offerings to the Blessed One with offerings surpassing those of battle, bowed their heads at the feet of the Blessed One, circumambulated the Blessed One three times, and then sat to one side. Having sat to one side, they praised the Blessed One with verses: Those who abide well in the qualities of the Buddha, the Tathagata has spoken of their entry. Having obtained the three doors of liberation, they will engage in an unparalleled realm. There is no form, feeling, or perception, likewise no mind or thought. This is the realm of those with wisdom free from attachment, the lion among men delights in the secluded aggregates. Those noble beings, those wise ones, the mind of enlightenment never arises. Having experienced the qualities of the secluded aggregates, they possess the mind of the Buddha, abandoning hesitation. They do not aspire to enlightenment, nor do they revile the mind of enlightenment. Without joy or sorrow, the sons of the Sugata practice the practice. The Sugatas see all dharmas as equal, therefore, the princes are free from fear. They truly practice the Buddha's teachings, those wise ones practice in this world. They have broken down the characteristics of form, having completely abandoned all characteristics, they do not desire the three realms. They make prayers with empty things, they have realized these unborn aggregates, the prophecy, the Sugata himself is also unborn. The Bodhisattva and enlightenment are also unborn, thus knowing, there is no confusion about this. The dharma of beings and the qualities of the Buddha, all these and the Sugata are unborn. The lion among men knows this, you are his son, you are his father. Which aggregate's cessation does not exist, the realms and sources are also thus, the dharma of the Victor, the Victor of enlightenment, and the prophecy, the Blessed One knows all this without cessation. Those who seek enlightenment and practice, the wise ones of the world have no cessation. All beings...
