Chapter Twenty-four: The Inexhaustible Chapter on Quoting Examples of the Praises of the Merits of Dharani. Chapter Twenty-four: The Inexhaustible Chapter on Quoting Examples of the Praises of the Merits of Dharani. Then, the Bodhisattva Peaceful Wisdom addressed the Blessed One, saying: Blessed One, what is the dharani called "Following the Aspects of Dharma"? The Blessed One replied: Peaceful Wisdom, following the aspects of dharma is knowing that letters follow letters. Peaceful Wisdom, all dharmas follow the letter A (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:阿). All dharmas are the door of A (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:阿). They arise from A (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:阿). A (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:阿) is the end. A (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:阿) acts upon all verbal actions. A (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:阿) is unknowable. It is indiscernible. All dharmas follow the letter A (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:阿), therefore it is called the dharani of following aspects. Peaceful Wisdom, in that following, not even the slightest dharma enters or arises. Peaceful Wisdom, those letters, when broken down and scattered, cannot enter the belly. Those letters do not reside in the belly. Those letters, once arisen, do not go in any direction. Those letters do not ignite each other. Those letters, whether spoken or unspoken, do not diminish or increase. Those letters do not discriminate between what is dharma and what is not dharma. Those letters cannot be created or prevented by anyone. Those letters cannot be made or destroyed by anyone. Peaceful Wisdom, just as counting letters is, so is counting the mind. Just as counting the mind is, so is counting all dharmas. Just as counting all dharmas is, so is not counting. Why is that? Dharma is close to being counted, but not counting is counting dharma. Just as dharma does not approach counting, so it is with following the letter A (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:阿), following that which has not been born from the beginning, following that which is unborn. Following that which is unborn and unarisen is following that which

Furthermore, there is nothing. Thus, not entering is to enter accordingly. The fearlessness of one who has entered into the exposition of peaceful wisdom cannot be cut off. Why is that? Because there is no cessation, he realizes the nature of reality accordingly. He realizes the inexhaustibility of the nature of reality accordingly. In whatever way he teaches the Dharma, in that way those Dharmas are spoken and manifested. He enters into the form of the Dharma in this way, just as this child enters into the form of sentient beings. Because he enters into the form of sentient beings, he teaches the Dharma according to his faith. A Bodhisattva who has obtained the dharani of peaceful wisdom has a mind that is without defilement. His thoughts are completely pure. His actions are pure. He is manifestly superior through higher intention. He is well-established in practice. He is manifestly superior through wisdom. Because his vows are under control, he is steadfast. He is indestructible by the maras. He is uncollectible by the tirthikas. He is unbewildered by the afflictions. He is invincible by the opponents. He is endowed with physical strength. His mind is without timidity. His fearlessness is inexhaustible. He is infinite in the teachings. He is immeasurable in definitive words. He is without attachment in wisdom. He is difficult to fathom with the mind. He is profound in the teachings of truth. He is like an ocean in hearing. He is like Mount Meru in samadhi. He is like a lion in the assembly. He is like a lotus in worldly dharmas. He is like the earth in sustaining all beings. He is like water in washing away afflictions and existence. He is like fire in fully ripening all beings. He is like the moon in having equanimity towards all beings. He is like the sun in dispelling the darkness of afflictions. He is like a hero in destroying the enemies of afflictions. He is like an elephant in having a very subdued mind. He is like a dragon in manifestly proclaiming the Dharma. He is like rain in showering the rain of Dharma.
