Third, the chapter on the secret of the Bodhisattva's mind. Third, the chapter on the secret of the Bodhisattva's mind. Furthermore, the Lord of Secrets, Vajrapani Bodhisattva, said to the Bodhisattva Peaceful Wisdom: Peaceful Wisdom, what is the secret of the Bodhisattva's mind, and what is the complete purification of the actions of the mind? Peaceful Wisdom, Bodhisattvas perform actions done with wisdom, but do not act with arrogance. They do not lose their supernormal abilities, and they also perform actions done with wisdom. With supernormal abilities, they frolic in all directions and also show all activities. They also abide in supernormal abilities and truly abide in great samadhi. Their supernormal abilities are the aspect of wisdom, endowed with the excellence of all aspects. Their supernormal abilities are the aspect of wisdom, directly seeing all dharmas. Their supernormal abilities are the aspect of inexhaustibility, following all. Their supernormal abilities are seeing all forms, because all forms are non-form. Their supernormal abilities are following all sounds, because the past and future limits are equal in sound. Their supernormal abilities are observing the minds of all sentient beings, and individually discerning and observing the nature of the mind. Their supernormal abilities are remembering infinite kalpas, and the past and future limits are completely unbroken. Their supernormal abilities are that all magical powers and transformations are manifest, and are the characteristic of non-manifest action. Their supernormal abilities are in accordance with those who have exhausted defilements, and they observe tameness and do not transgress the times. Their supernormal abilities are in accordance with the decisive part of those who are transcendent and directed towards the noble ones. Their supernormal abilities are difficult for all Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas to realize. Their supernormal abilities are profound in meaning, and they defeat the opposition of demons and outsiders. Their supernormal abilities accomplish the essence of Bodhi and attain Buddhahood.

All dharmas are the supreme of manifest perfect enlightenment. Their manifest knowledge is in accordance with the turning of the wheel of Dharma. Their manifest knowledge is to tame all sentient beings. Their manifest knowledge is that they have received empowerment in order to have power over all dharmas. This peaceful wisdom is the complete purification of the actions of the mind of a Bodhisattva. The mind that is completely purified is without afflictions and completely purified, luminous, free from the afflictions of proximity, extremely gentle, well-trained, and abides in meditation, liberation, samadhi, and samapatti, but is not fallen into extreme extinction and non-arising, but is born here according to his wish, and there is no disturbance in the desire realm. It is not born as if bound. It is not as if bound dying and transferring. It is not as if bound appearing. Why is that? That is because he is liberated from the unreal pervasive conceptualization. Liberated from the bonds of all afflictions. Liberated from abiding in inverted clinging. Therefore, he is born in liberation. He dies and transfers in liberation. He appears in liberation. Although he is born, he does not degenerate from the Great Vehicle, and he is fully endowed with all the Buddha's dharmas. Even if one seeks those Buddha's dharmas in the ten directions, they cannot be found or seen. He realizes that the Buddha's dharmas and all dharmas are the Buddha's dharmas. Thus, the Buddha's dharmas and all dharmas are acknowledged as neither dharma nor non-dharma. Why is that? Because all dharmas, even if sought universally, cannot be found. Invisible. Whatever dharma is sought as it is in reality, it is neither found nor seen, and there is no enumeration for it, because all dharmas have truly transcended the path of enumeration. Whoever knows that all dharmas are equal, he has no attachment to dharma or non-dharma, and non-attachment is the meaning of all dharmas. Whatever arises as arrogance towards meaning, that itself becomes his great harm. For one who has no arrogance, meaning or non-meaning is before him.
