The one who manifestly protects the eastern direction, the great king possessing fame is, the king who is the lord of the Gandharvas, named Dhṛtarāṣṭra (Yul-'khor-srung). He, together with his close relatives, constantly plays with songs and dances. Whoever are his retinues, he also comes into the assembly.
