This is the empowerment from the crown of the Tathagata. The secret place. The secret of all Tathagatas. Blessed by all Tathagatas. Vajrapani, any human king who writes this vidya-mantra queen, the victorious one, well on a book and carries it, or wears it on the body, and offers incense, garlands, unguents, and various flowers to it, treats it as a guru, makes a picture of it, makes offerings to it, then, this human king, the great king Vaishravana will protect him together with countless retinues of yakshas who follow him. That human king will not be found opportunity by opponents, enemies, and all enemy armies. Even if he enters that land by power, or if obstacles enter, the great king Vaishravana will eliminate hundreds of various obstacles and thousands of various obstacles. Wherever the human king goes, this great vidya-mantra queen, the victorious one, should be tied to the top of the victory banner and honored in front. Whenever entering the battlefield, or fighting with a great enemy, this great vidya-mantra queen, the victorious one, should be tied around the neck and enter the battlefield, then the great king Vaishravana will defeat that enemy army. He will be victorious. Whoever wears this great vidya-mantra queen, the victorious one, around the neck will be victorious. Vajrapani, whether in a village, city, town, region, or around the palace of a king, if various contagious diseases and great unpleasantness occur, then, there, this great vidya-mantra queen, the victorious one, and various flowers, rituals, offerings, and vases filled with various drinks should be placed in the four directions, and if this great vidya-mantra queen, the victorious one, is recited, then the great king Vaishravana, together with his retinue of attendants and countless yakshas, will completely pacify the contagious diseases and unpleasantness. Vajra thus entreated. O Blessed One, there is no mantra more excellent than this, none more powerful, none more glorious, none more miraculous, none more potent. This, the supreme of all mantras, the great queen of mantras, the victorious one, wherever it is practiced, will accomplish the deeds of the Buddha in that very place. Tadyatha. Vajre vajre vajre. Completely protect, completely embrace, abandon faults, abandon weapons, destroy poisons, repel unfriendly ones, repel untimely death, repel strife, repel quarrels, repel disputes, repel battles, repel bloodshed, repel all fears.
