From the hearts of all the deities, countless assemblies of dakinis holding precious vases, from the crown of the head, empowerment was granted. Avalokiteshvara, the lord of the three realms. The vase empowerment of all the Buddhas. Today, it is bestowed upon you. Enjoy this empowerment of Dharmadhatu wisdom. The two hands unite the Dharmadhatu and wisdom as one. The right hand holds a rosary, guiding the path to enlightenment. The left hand holds a lotus, free from the faults of samsara. The two feet are evenly placed for the benefit of beings. Possessing six precious ornaments, fulfilling the six perfections. Gathering all beings under control with compassion. I prostrate and praise the form of the Lord of the World. With joyful play, accept the praise and offerings. Please bestow all empowerments and accomplishments. The form of Amitabha, the Lord of Speech. Immortal life, the protector Amitayus. All Buddhas of the three times emanate from speech. Please grant me the empowerment and blessing of supreme accomplishment. Please bestow the accomplishment of meaning without object. Ga. Om Svaha, etc. From the state of emptiness, from the letter A, a vast and wide skullcup arises. Within it, from the letter HUM, vajra offerings made of divine substances arise: incense, flowers, lamps, scented water, food, music, and so on. Pure and unobstructed offering clouds, filling and spreading throughout the ten directions of the universe, as numerous as grains of sand in the ocean, transformed into inconceivable offering clouds like those arising from the liberation of the noble Samantabhadra. Om Vajra Argham, etc. Shabda Pratitya Svaha. Then perform music. Joining palms. Although the Victorious Ones have no afflictions, in order to purify the afflictive imprints of sentient beings, by offering this bathing water to body, speech, and mind, may the impurities abiding in the three realms be purified. With the vajra palms opened, holding the vessel of offering water, offer it to the place of enjoyment, Om Ah Hum Hri. Om Mani Padme Hum. Vajra Argham Pratitya Puja Megha Samudra Sapharana Samaye Hum. This supreme incense, fragrant with morality, blessed by samadhi, mantra, and mudra, may the fragrance of incense spread throughout the Buddhafields, pleasing the assembly of the ocean of Victorious Ones. Dhupe Pratitya Puja Megha Samudra Sapharana Samaye Hum. This divine substance, with excellent form, the supreme flower that pleases the Victorious Ones in all mandalas, manifesting it mentally to fill the sky, may it be dense like clouds in the celestial palace. Punde Pratitya Puja Megha Samudra Sapharana Samaye Hum. This lamp of wisdom, radiant with splendor, that burns the poison of afflictions and dispels the darkness of ignorance, just as the sun and moon rise in the cloudless sky, may its light illuminate the ten directions. Aloke Pratitya Puja Megha Samudra Sapharana Samaye Hum. This pure water, mixed with incense and medicine, fragrant throughout the three thousand worlds, the bath of the Victorious Ones, with clouds of wisdom and a rain of compassion falling in the sky, may all impure stains be purified. Gandhe Pratitya Puja Megha Samudra Sapharana Samaye Hum. Although the Victorious Ones have no hunger, for the benefit of beings, this divine nectar-like food is offered, arranged purely and cleanly, may all who are fields of merit
