略说。 性直，喜饶益他人，憎恨亲近者，盛衰无常，一无所有。因祖先坟墓遭敌破坏，故念诵十万龙咒。因杀无辜性命，故受水鸟之身。欲不再生于彼，则建造金刚手像。念诵七个月心咒，念诵度母，书写金刚橛，七年皈依大悲观音，斋僧，布施乞丐。如此行事，则转生于名曰“止贡绒”之地，为七大咒师之首领。其标志为右手有肉痣和黑痣。寿命六十一岁，有二障碍。 ༈ 您是出生于五黄位的人。前世断绝于人间。前世生于藏地的桑隆之地，父亲名为喜饶扎巴，母亲名为玉仲之子。五岁起精通苯教。二十五岁起转世为利益众生之名士之子。其标志为正直，为自己和他人着想，智慧明晰，思维敏捷，心思细腻，肤色黄，朋友多，与大众和谐。 受人尊敬，有邪魔鬼怪作祟，易患关节痛。拥有五个儿子，若杀害家族之人则无妨。因杀害四只鸟和狗，来世转生为一头猪。欲不再生于彼，则向邦隆施予无量布施，念诵十万次水施，书写和念诵《金光明经》。如此行事，则转生于卫藏的桑隆之地，为玛拉坚之子，名为拉年扎。精进，富裕，转世为大族衰败、小族兴旺之人。寿命九十九岁，有四大障碍。 ༈ 您是出生于六白位的人，从色界天神堕落。前世生于藏嘎之地，父亲名为嘎钦，母亲名为嘎姆，儿子名为多吉。因自己的羊被狗追赶而死，射箭射狗却射中儿子而死。杀了三只母鹰。因其业力成熟而溺水而死。从田地边界的两堆土中，转生为一只九头八肢的黑熊。为了忏悔罪业，一位比丘班智达发愿说：愿我转生于南赡部洲，获得人身。 然后获得了人身。其标志是人

Recite the heart mantra for seven months, recite Tara, write Vajrakilaya, take refuge in Avalokiteshvara for seven years, offer alms to monks, and give alms to beggars. By doing so, he will be reborn in a place called "Drikung Rong" as the leader of the seven great mantra masters. The sign of this is a flesh mole and a black mole on the right hand. The lifespan is sixty-one years, and there are two obstacles. ༈ You are a person born in the five yellow position. The previous life was cut off from the human realm. The previous life was born in a place called Sanglong in Tibet, the father was named Sherab Drakpa, and the mother was the son of Yuzhong. From the age of five, he became proficient in Bon religion. From the age of twenty-five, he was reborn as the son of a famous person who benefited sentient beings. The signs of this are honesty, consideration for oneself and others, clear wisdom, quick thinking, delicate mind, yellow complexion, many friends, and harmony with the public. He is respected by everyone, haunted by demons and ghosts, and prone to joint pain. He has five sons, and it is okay to kill family members. Because he killed four birds and dogs, he will be reborn as a pig in the next life. If you do not want to be born there again, give immeasurable alms to Panglong, recite a hundred thousand water offerings, and write and recite the "Golden Light Sutra". By doing so, he will be reborn in a place called Sanglong in Utsang, as the son of Mala Jian, named Lanyan Zha. He is diligent, wealthy, and reborn as a person whose great family declines and whose small family prospers. The lifespan is ninety-nine years, and there are four major obstacles. ༈ You are a person born in the six white position, fallen from the gods of the form realm. The previous life was born in a place called Tsangka, the father was named Gachen, the mother was named Gamu, and the son was named Dorje. If you are reborn in the Dokham region in the next life, you will be reborn as a gray long-eared donkey. If you do not wish to be reborn there, light a longevity lamp in front of a Jowo statue, write the Names Sutra in gold and recite it. Auspicious! You who are born on the eighth white day, in your previous life you came to the heavenly realm to watch the human world. Your father was named Beautiful Light, your mother was named Yidga Ma, and you were born as an immaculate son. As a sign, you like bathing and cleanliness, and dislike unclean things. Your appearance is upright and your face is beautiful. The male god protects you, the local deity and the black demon afflict you. You will die from wind and phlegm diseases. Make offerings to the gods and pray for good fortune. If there is merit from your ancestors, it will be fine. There will be demonic disturbances. You will be in charge of three sons. The night is peaceful. If you do not practice the Dharma, you will be reborn as a vulture or an eagle. If you do not wish to be reborn there, write the Sutra of Gratitude in gold and recite it.
