Instantly transform yourself into the dark wrathful mistress of the charnel ground, dark blue-black in color, with one face, two arms, and three eyes. The right eye is like a red-hot sun disc, the left eye is like a white moon disc, and the center is a mixed red and black sun and moon disc. The mouth is opened as wide as the sky and earth, the fangs are bared like a chain of snow mountains, and the tongue flickers like red lightning. The left hand blows a human leg bone flute with a piercing sound, so that all the gods and demons of existence and non-existence are overwhelmed and tremble. The lower body pervades the desire realm, the upper body pervades the form realm, and the phallic sound emanates from the peak of existence, roaring like the thunder of the eon's end. The feet dance and stomp on the vajra seat of the hell realm, subduing the three realms, overwhelming the three existences, possessing power and glory, being the most powerful in the three existences, and being unmatched in greatness and strength. The body is adorned with the eight charnel ground ornaments, and transformed into a body of wisdom fire blazing like a mountain of fire. Phat! Phat! Phat! Blow the leg bone trumpet three times, Phat! From your own heart, emanate countless rays of light, the dakinis who gather power, holding iron hooks, lassos, iron chains, hammers, daggers, and banners. 帕特帕特帕特，如此吹三次法螺。 哦哦哦！ 显有之神鬼，悉皆恭请谛听！自高有之顶端以下，直至低下那落迦地狱界之神鬼，悉皆谛听！曜魔之王罗睺罗，八曜四面等等，冰雹之主悉皆谛听！八龙、四龙族等等，冰雹之来源悉皆谛听！十方守护及其眷属等等，世间一切具大权者悉皆谛听！ 地方神、地祗、坚母、颈神悉皆谛听！ 尤其念青唐古拉山神、冰雹之主十八尊，谛听！如是念诵所知一切地方神、地祗之名。此处应加入各自地方之地方神。 此地之神鬼悉皆谛听！ 法身大乐佛母，十方一切诸佛及菩萨之教令。 独雄丹巴桑杰，独母拉吉卓玛等等，断法传承上师之教令。大悲忿怒黑母等等，本尊四续部之教令。佛母金刚亥母，空行百万俱胝之教令。玛、衮、降、扎等等，护法护教一切之教令。 如是，此处应加入各自地方之地方神。 我所守护之田地，切勿降雹！委任汝等神鬼守护。务必阻挡冰雹！务必阻挡冰雹！勿使冰雹落入我所守护之田地！ 若我所守护之田地降下冰雹，此责难将加于汝等神鬼之身！尤其将加于汝等各自地方之地方神之身！将加于汝等各自田地之土地神之身！如何责难？我乃至轮回未空之间，皆住于此地！ 将此天空铺为坐垫，将此大地撑为伞盖。将中央之须弥山，连同如意宝树，如水牛之角一般头朝下倒置。将大山深深卷起，将小山远远抛开。将此大海自底抽干，将魂树连根斩断。摧毁一切岩石山！ 粉碎一切草地山！铲除一切灌木丛！焚烧麻风病人之尸体、罪人之尸体，以及夭折者之尸体！

The ten guardians of the directions with their retinues, etc., all those with great power in the world, listen! Local deities, protectors of the land, the Tenma goddesses, neck gods, all listen! Especially the great Nyenchen Thanglha, the eighteen lords of hail, listen! Thus, recite the names of whatever local deities and protectors of the land you know. Here, one should include the local deities of their respective regions. All the gods and demons of this place, listen! The command of Dharmakāya Yumchenmo, all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions. The command of the sole male Dampa Sangye, the sole mother Machik Labdrön, etc., the lamas of the Chö lineage. The command of the compassionate Krodheshwari Black Mother, etc., the yidams of the four tantra classes. The command of the Mother Vajravarahi, a hundred million kotis of dakinis. The command of Ma, Gön, Jang, Dral, etc., all the Dharma protectors and guardians of the teachings. Thus, here one should include the local deities of their respective regions. Do not send hail to all these fields that I protect! I entrust you gods and demons with protection. Protect against hail! Protect against hail! Do not let hail fall on all these fields that I protect! If hail falls on these fields that I protect, then that blame will fall on you gods and demons! Especially on you local deities of each region! On you landowners of each field! How will I blame you? As long as samsara is not empty, I will remain in this place! I will spread this sky as a seat, I will hold up this earth like an umbrella. I will turn the Mount Meru in the center, together with the wish-fulfilling tree, upside down like a buffalo's horn. I will roll up the great mountains deeply, I will throw the small mountains far away. I will dry up this great ocean from the bottom, I will cut down the life-trees from the roots. I will destroy all the rocky mountains! I will shatter all the grassy mountains! I will uproot all the bushes! I will burn the corpses of lepers, the corpses of sinners, and the corpses of those who died young!
