On the four limbs, write (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal meaning). On the four minor limbs, write the four syllables ཞ་. On the soles of both feet, write two ཡཾ་. On the genitals, write རཾ. On the crown of the head, write ནན། Draw the figure with a bluish-gray body, thin and emaciated limbs. If death is caused by constellations, draw the form of the constellation. If death is by starvation, draw a vulture. If death is by poisoning, draw a crow. If death is by a sword, draw a crag eagle. If death is natural, draw a yak. If a mother and child are killed by an evil sword, draw a rabbit. If killed by a sword, draw a deer. If death is caused by a corpse demon, draw a female dzo. If death is by drowning, draw a water bird. If there is no offspring, draw a dzo. If death is by old age, draw the head of a monkey. The head of the mantra is: for a male linga, start from the right shoulder; for a female linga, start from the left shoulder; for a small linga, start from the crown of the head; for an enemy linga, circle from the soles of the feet. Throw the linga into the fire, wave it in the wind, bind it with colored thread, and place it. For a male, use yang wood, such as red pine, fir, or juniper. For a female, use yin wood, such as elm or willow. For a child from seven to twenty years old, use the tender branches of a small tree, make nine wooden tablets, write the letters with blood, and write in order: "Come, eating ghost! Come, death demon! Come, life-cutting demon! Come, breath-taking demon! Come, life-taking demon! Glory Snatching, come! Living demon, come! Dead iron demon, come! Dead ghost, corpse demon, come!" and so on, write and place. On paper or wooden tablets, write the name and text of the deceased. Arrange the tsampa linga and so on. These are the detailed preparation methods. If you cannot do that much, on all the hearts of the corpse demon deer heads, write རྨི་ཏྲ་དུ། (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal meaning). On the four limbs, write (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal meaning), and on the four minor limbs, write the four syllables ཞ་. At the end of the linga, write: "Harmful evil spirit, male spirit, female spirit, big spirit, small spirit, old spirit, young spirit, obstructing spirit, arrow knife, spear knife," whatever it is, write "Grasp, Maraya ཛཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal meaning)." Five wooden tablets are enough. If it is very simplified, just write རྨི་ཏྲ་ཛཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal meaning) on a wooden tablet, and rely on just the tsampa linga. Why is that? Because Chö focuses on visualization. Then, the Chö tsok offering, or correct the Wrathful Mother's ritual. During the tsok offering, do this ritual of subduing the demons. ཕཊ། (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal meaning). Instantly transform yourself into Machig Labdrön, in the form of Wrathful Mother, body color dark red, one face, two arms, three eyes, baring four fangs. The right eye is the sun, the left eye is the moon, and in the center is the mandala of the alternating sun and moon, with which she sees the three realms. On the half-bound hair, decorate with a red-hot iron stake. With eight charnel grounds Adorned, the right leg is bent, pressing down on the summit of Mount Meru, and the left leg is extended.
